  Our 75-year old has a new home There were many obstacles to overcome. We were hit directly by a hurricane, so the damage was significant. They treated the entire process as if it was their very own home. The workers are friendly, courteous and pros. I would. Highly recommend.

  They did an outstanding job on my property. They were helpful, friendly and informed about the process. I was able to submit my claim through my insurance company. I recommend their services because they have a good warranty. I'll continue to use them in the future for all my properties.

  ARS has performed multiple projects for us throughout the years. I asked them to look at the second floor deck, which may need repair or a brand new surface. Shane Underwood was on time and performed a thorough assessment. As promised, he sent us his recommendations later that day and informed us it wasn't an urgent requirement. It was good to hear that. We appreciate your professionalism and honesty. When we're ready to do our next roofing project, we will contact you.

  A friend referred me to Aaron Delgado as she was currently working with Aaron on a roof replacement and was impressed with his focus on customer service, in particular his consistent responsiveness and professionalism. Like most people dealing with storm damage, and working with insurance companies, assessors and contractors is typically a nightmare. Aaron took care of absolutely everything and insulated me from all the b.s. His follow up was always lightning fast. Aaron is polite, professional and gets things done, seamlessly. Hands down the BEST customer service I've experienced. Thanks Aaron!

  Allen and the team were incredible in fixing quite a few leaks on two of my commercial buildings, Allen did a great job of explaining my options and what my expectations should be with each option. I found his pricing to be very fair. He was also great at keeping in communication with me until the repairs were made and sent pictures of the repairs. I am confident the repairs will hold up, but if not, the Flat Roof Team will be out to take care of the necessary fixes. I highly recommend them to any business or commercial project.
