  I used AI to identify the top three companies for installing a skylight/solar tube in my upstairs hallway, and Streamline Roofing was one of them. I scheduled an appointment for June 9th at 1:00 p.m.Darryl arrived on time with a friendly, positive attitude. However, he never came inside or engaged with me as a potential customer. He stood at the front door while I explained what I was looking for. He quickly quoted $1,200, made a brief comment about the roof, and said he would send an estimate. He then left without discussing the product, the installation process, how it would work in my space, or any details about the work involved.He also never went upstairs to look at the actual hallway location where the skylight/solar tube would be installed. I was disappointed by the lack of interest and professionalism during the visit. On top of that, I never received the promised estimate by text or email.While his rough price was reasonable, the overall experience made me decide to go with another company. Update. They responded. Unfortunately no email was received, not even in SPAM. Stated they saw the roof by satellite, so why bother coming out? When did solar panels become an issue if they have satellite pics? Now 1 star. Anyway, I recommend Solatube, great communication and installation was flawless.

Circling back we did send over a email the same day stating what you and Darryl had spoken about in person during your appointment. He was not comfortable installing a solar tube at this time due to solar panels covering the majority or the roof and the roofs current condition. (Seeing on our satellite imagining report as well) We would never want to install something that may cause issues for our clients in the future such as leaks. I greatly apologize for any miscommunication you felt as that is the last thing we want. We wish you the best of luck with your roofing project and again our apologies for not being able to help you.   I had a great experience with streamline roofing. I thought the Price was very reasonable and thought possibly there was something missing because most of the other quotes were much higher. He quickly got me on schedule and took care of everything that he had promised streamline roofing exceeded my expectations. A portion of the roof that showed from the ground came in a different color and Darryl had it painted so that I would be completely satisfied with the job. I appreciated that so much five stars.

  Streamline Roofing is in the process of completing the roofing project on our Condo complex. I have found the crew to be professional and considerate. We are one of a few residence that are home most days, while the work is being done, we have found the crew to be efficient and courteous, each day they clean and blow down the premises any materials and tools are neatly stacked away out of site. Our biggest compliment goes out to "Omar" who has gone over and above his job description. We are two handicap persons and had just completed our monthly grocery shopping which is massive. Omar jumped to our aide during his lunch hour and not only taking our load to the staircase but up the flight of stairs. His kindness and assistance has not gone unappreciated and has moved us to tears. Thank you Streamline for employing the "Best of the Best and Thank You Omar, may God bless you the unselfish way you have blessed us!

  Streamline Roofing was referred to me by my General Contractor. Not only did they give me a very good price on my roofing job, they finished a day earlier than promised. The owner, Darryl, promptly answered my calls and the job was completed on budget with no change order surprises. His workers cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Streamline Roofing

  We are glad that we selected Streamline Roofing to install a new roof, replacing a 60 year old leaker on our garage. Streamline owner, Darryl, and his experienced crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Darryl sat down with us providing his plans in the step by step process from removal to completion. This included timelines, material cost and labor. Darryl has spent many years himself in construction, and as a worker and owner who knows his job well.   Replacing a roof is an expensive home improvement cost, but a necessary one. It’s not something you do often so can be a stressful leap into the unknown. Streamline Roofing made the process easy, and took away all my fear. Communication was spot on, arrived on time, high quality workmanship and the finished job is Beautiful. They have my highest recommendation.

  Excellent communication and professionalism! Family owned small business that actually cares! Completed our rental property roof in Owens Corning Cool duration shingles and it looks great. The crew was tidy after every work day and did not disrupt our tenants at all! Great experience highly recommend!

  I was required to have the lichen and moss removed from my metal roof in order to keep from being dropped from my homeowner’s insurance policy, along with a few minor repairs to the edges of my roof where the overhang over the eaves is located. Darryl’s team did a terrific job of removing the organic growth without damaging my roof. They also cleaned the gutters and sealed and painted some areas around solar tubes and vents for which I was grateful, and made those repairs to the edging of my roof that needed attention. They knew what they were doing and were careful and thorough. Pictures were provided to submit to my insurance provider. I would highly recommend Streamline Roofing for anyone needing roofing services, as my experience with them is they are an experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous roofing company. Owner Darryl is a man of his word.

  Streamline Roofing, Darryl, and John were great. The first time I used them was for a roof leak. They came out quickly to fix it. I ended up using them to replace my roof as the original roof was not installed properly resulting in repeated. Darryl and his team were great with communication, they quickly and were always on time (you could plan your day around their work). Pricing was on par with other roofers. Definitely recommend.
