Do not go with this company!!! We originally selected this company because Koby was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made this whole process go smoothly but our case was transferred to Jonathan twice who is in charge of this company and he is a nightmare. He sent us the final invoice on a Friday night after business hours and then followed up on Monday morning asking why it wasn’t paid. When I told him I would pay later today he said don’t pay I’ll put a lien on the house. No customer service at all and so RUDE. He tried to take credit for all of Koby’s hard work and cursed me out on the phone. He even lied about sending the invoice on 1/12- two weeks before the roof was even finished! This guy is a total nightmare.

As a retired contractor I have done business with many contractors. In dealing with Koby on two large projects I found Koby to be the most cooperative, qualified, talented and honest of any contractor that I have had business dealings. Koby is extremely knowledgeable and I would trust him to complete any job in a excellent manner. I also found his prices to be highly competitive and a bargain considering the quality of the finished project and ease of completion. I highly recommend Koby for his quality of work and his dedication to completing the job in a very professional, and high quality manner. I think that going with any other contractor would be a huge, regrettable mistake.

Your roof protects everything beneath it, but small problems often go unnoticed until they become expensive repairs. Missing shingles, damaged flashing, clogged valleys, and hidden leaks can gradually weaken your roofing system, especially after heavy rain and strong winds. Scheduling professional Roof Inspections in Coral Springs helps identify early signs of damage before they lead to water intrusion or structural issues. Routine inspections also extend the life of your roof, improve home value, and help homeowners prepare for Florida's changing weather conditions. Whether your roof is new or several years old, regular inspections are one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.Jun 28, 2026Learn more
