Before signing the contract, they called me five times to sell me the roof, telling me they could start in 15 days because they had everything ready in town (Davie). After signing, they took more than two months to start, and trying to contact them was extremely difficult. The salesman, Joe, simply washed his hands of the matter and gave me another phone number to call, after lying to me about the 15-day start time. The only way to contact them at the office is to pay bills. I requested a meeting with them three times, but it was very much like being a site manager, and no one answered me. They left tar stains around the work area on the wood siding and leftover materials in front of the property. A terrible experience.

Very unprofessional service, lack of communication, doesn't take accountability of their damages, and they give you the run around, quick to take your money but unable to fix their mistakes. HOA got our Townhome building to go ahead and …

ABC roofing has the worst customer satisfaction. I had my roof replaced by them in 2018. My roof has leaked EVERY year since. They came out twice in 2022 and twice in 2023 in an attempt to fix the leaks. Both upstairs bathroom has leaks. My sons bedroom is leaking on his bed but they claim they aren’t responsible. Here we are in 2024 and my roof is still leaking. When I asked about the damages to the inside of my home, they tell me they aren’t responsible for and damage done to the inside of my home. I explained we wouldn’t be having this conversation had the workmanship been done correctly. A new roof supposed to last 20-25 years my roof leaks if we have two or more days of rain. Save yourself the stress and headache and hire a reputable company that would stand by their work.

No stars, they replaced my roof 2 years ago, now roof is leaking , they came , took apart the roof , sealed the leak, broken the tiles and never put it back, now the tiles all over the place, when I called them they just promise to come and now 10 days later I am still waiting .

Poor communication throughout and poor workmanship . Roof took 4 months to complete with nothing communicated. I had to call them to get updates each time. Office seems disconnected from what is going on. No quality checks on work done. They only called when payment is due. Would not recommend

I am unhappy with their service. ABC repaired my flat roof tie in a bit over a year ago which failed and it was out of warranty. It should have lasted more than a year but my warranty covers a year. No problem, I called to have it repaired again. They sent someone over who emailed me a quote. I called back to ask a question and the phone rep was nice but needed clarification on the invoice so she said the roofer would call me back. He calls back and claims he never sent an estimate and he would only work on my roof if it was re-roofed. He didn't even give me time to accept the reroof - just hung up on me. Don't expect your roof to last longer than the warranty and when it fails, don't expect good service. You're not going to get it.

The workers/supervisors don’t respect people’s time, the company doesn’t send any notice of works until the day of, so people don’t have time to prepare. They’ll come into your patio, garage or porch without notice or warning. No safety equipment while working on the roof, this is an OSHA violation, should file a report for the current work they are doing. Objects fall to walkways that are not marked or blocked off. Debris falling in front of people’s home porch with no caution tape to warn of falling objects, very unsafe way to work.

These guys did a great job on our new roof. Quick, efficient, and cleaned up every step of the way. Our roof is beautiful. Minor hiccup over pricing but the owner stood by his word and quickly resolved it. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.
