I would not recommend using this company for multi-unit residential jobs. They do not mark the property lines for each roof. This way when they have “change-order” they try to charge every unit the same “extra” material charge to scam all the units for more money. Ask for pictures for everything as they replace an item, and go back and measure yourself if you can. They tried to charge me over $600 more, and my friend $1000 more (different building). I went back and forth with them for two weeks, and 2 visits, to revise their change-order and invoice based off of my measurements and their photos. I don't know the issues with the other units, but they've expressed discontent as well. their third-party plaster people are poor quality. And they stained my walkway. The work itself overall must not have been bad if the inspector didn't say anything, but give it time and we shall see. They may be great for commercial and maybe single family homes. The scheming, or poor operations, just aren't worth the headache for multi-unit jobs.

Great Roofing company. They delivered as promised on time and with quality. Grace Roofing team is awesome, from taking the first call, giving estimates, permits, install and cleanup. Moreover they help me get state grants for my roof. I saved $10000.00 they knew exactly what documents were needed to submit to fulfill state requirements. Best roofing company in Florida. Right decision choosing them as our roofers.
