  Horrible outfit. Did inspection, said would give estimate by end of week. Never heard from them. Called 3 times over next 10 days and each time was told estimate was coming next day. Still nothing. Seem very incompetent and certainly unreliable.

  Sorry you did not receive your estimate. We strive to give the best customer service. We usually provide our repair estimates on the spot the same day. We normally also email a copy of the estimate the same day.

  Frustrated is how my experience can be summed up. We called them because we had a leak in our roof. They came and sealed the flat roof. We still had a leak. They said "you asked us seal the roof, that's what we did." We asked them to fix the leak. They tried to help us however the total new quote to actually fix the other part of the roof that was actually leaking was going to total more than replacing the entire roof. The staff and workers were good and professional. This company ended up costing us thousands of dollars. We had to hire another company to actually fix our leak since they couldn't even do metal roofs.

  Missed several appointments. Office staff is extremely rude also hung up the phone on me. "Our system lost your information " " I can't get ahold of the owner" The worst, but best thing is we are always looking for new subs and these guys will never get a bid invitation.

  Called December 13th 2019 for an estimate for a new roof. Said they would send a drone over the properly to measure. That was the last I heard from them. Nice customer service .. I went elsewhere....

  These people are unreliable and dishonest. I made an appointment with a four-hour window, which was cancelled because they said they did not have enough roofers that day. So I made another appointment for the next day, requesting a two-hour …

  Hi, Sorry we were not able to provide you a quote in a timely manner. Our estimators usually do call the customer while en route. I know at this time we did have a few estimators out of the office. Joseph D'Agostino

  Don't waste your time with this company. They never return calls. Before the owner jumps out and rebukes my review, I am not a customer. Not because I didn't try though but because they never returned my calls. I called on three separate occasions in a span going two years for three different repairs. All three times they took my information down and told me someone will call back to schedule a visit. That never happened. I'm giving up on them.

The office staff is instructed to provide an immediate date and time-frame for the estimate using our scheduling software.   This company is trash! I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, prior to hurricane Irma. They sent someone out to evaluate my roof. He arrived at my home and didn't even look at the roof, instead he told me he'll be back at a later time, but couldn't guarantee which day during the week, he would return. I was never contacted, nor did he return to complete the estimate. Stay away from them, very unprofessional.

  This review was posted a year after this customer did not receive his estimate during Hurricane Irma. I went through our notes and our estimator did meet with the homeowner on 8/29/2017. We were unable give the homeowner an estimate on the spot because his roof was attached to neighboring townhouses. Hurricane Irma became a hurricane one day later on August 30, 2017 and hit Florida Sept 10, 2017. Our notes show that we were unable to help this particular client because his roof was attached to other homes with roofs that needed repairs or replacement. Attached townhouse roofs are difficult because we have to have permission to work on neighbors homes and manipulate their roofs and property to stop leaks or replace a roof. We as a roofing company then become responsible for neighbors roofs that are not in good condition. Our notes show that we did try to leave a message for the homeowner explaining we were unable to provide an estimate because of the connecting roofs. Our phone and internet systems were also down for 2 weeks after Hurricane Irma and we were running our office with mobile phone forwarding at the time.

  For 2 months this company gave me the run around. Always saying we'll send someone out to give an estimate and no one ever comes. When I call to find out what happened they can't find my records or they have an excuse of why no one came. And again they promise me that someone will come out. Finally after 2 months I spoke to the owner Mr. D'Agostino and he himself assured me that someone would come out and no one did. If you can't gge them out to give you an estimate I would hate to see what happens after you give them a deposit.

  Our company did go out to the home to provide a free estimate. The customer was not home at the time, and the roof was completely tarped over when the estimator arrived. The estimator felt it was unsafe to walk on the roof as he could not see the condition of roof below the tarp. Also, this particular roof needed to be visually inspected in order to provide an accurate roof quote to the customer. Our company does not remove or manipulate roof tarps without written consent and a signed work order from the homeowner. We sometimes can order an aerial roof measure, but in this case the tarps needed to be lifted.

  I had originally been quoted for a new roof by another company and went to D’Agostino for a second quote and far more fair. They did a great job, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. Absolutely recommend.

  I've worked with D'Agostino Roofing on numerous projects for my clients, and they've earned my trust every single time. Integrity is extremely important to me, especially when I'm referring a company to someone else. My reputation is on the line with every recommendation I make, so I don't refer contractors lightly. Their workmanship is consistently professional, the communication is excellent, and their entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They do what they say they're going to do, stand behind their work, and genuinely care about their customers. This is the only roofing company I use and the only one I confidently recommend to my clients. If you're looking for honesty, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding service, I highly recommend them.

  Had a really great experience with D’Agostino roofing! The crew was super easy to work with and got the job done the right way while still being efficient. The roof looks great and they made the whole process stress free and easy from start to finish.
