Ernest, who handled the office side, was wonderful, warm, and very easy to work with. I have so many good things to say about the whole experience. Ernest let me know the owner would call on the day of the appointment while the roofing crew was on site to confirm the details. The crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the roof-related exterior work, including siding and gutter repair, just as expected. While the team was there, we also found that some front trim needed repainting. I already had matching paint available, and after a quick call with Ernest and Leonard, the crew took care of it at no extra charge. Once they were up on the roof, they also pointed out a few other areas that may need attention later. They were clear that those items were outside the current estimate, but they were helpful in explaining what they saw and said they could inspect and handle that roofing work on a future visit. If you need reasonably priced roofing, siding, gutters, or other exterior home repairs done the right way, I would gladly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

mr. Nolan does an excellent job with roofing work. he gave us a fast estimate, answered every question quickly, and made sure our needs were covered from start to finish. he set a clear start time and began right on schedule. each day, if he did not catch me at the house, he sent an update by email explaining what the crew finished and what the next step would be. the new roof was completed several days earlier than expected, and the whole process felt organized and smooth. the crew worked carefully, kept the job site tidy, and showed real skill with shingles, flashing, and cleanup. after the roof was done, a tree trimmer dropped branches on it and caused some minor cracking. i emailed mr. Nolan, and by the next afternoon they were already there making the repair and checking the surrounding area to be sure everything was sealed correctly. another time during a heavy rainstorm, i thought the garage roof had developed a leak. that same night, he came out, inspected the area, and showed me it was actually a broken water pipe, not a roofing problem. even so, he helped patch it up until a plumber could make the permanent fix. the professionalism, quick response, and care he gives every customer really stand out. i wish every roofer and contractor worked this way.

After another inspection left my roof with clear damage, it was obvious the roof needed to be replaced. i called for roofing help and got a fast response. A few days later leonard came out to go over the roofing plan, help me choose shingles, explain adding 2 new roof vents, and provide a fair quote for the work. Less than a week later, the whole roofing job was finished, with leonard on site making sure everything was done right. i am very happy with the new roof, the clean workmanship, and the peace of mind it gives me, especially with the wind, rain, and changing weather in Neptune City. i would highly recommend them for any roof replacement or vent work. don’t waste time looking elsewhere, just give them a call for honest service and fair pricing. roger was also helpful during the process.

Toms River Integral Roofing really helped when my older roof began leaking during heavy rain. The crew quickly checked the problem, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a clear plan for a full roof replacement. Communication stayed strong from start to finish, so I always knew what was happening with the roofing work, materials, and timeline. The workers were skilled, careful, and efficient, and they paid close attention to every part of the job, including cleanup and detail work around the shingles and flashing. Now that the new roof is installed, I feel much more confident knowing my home is better protected from leaks, wind, and storm-related wear. I truly appreciate the quality workmanship, professionalism, and roofing expertise that made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I felt very good about every part of the roofing job, from my first meeting with Marvin to the install and the final roof walk-around. I got plenty of clear written details about the shingles, contract, permit inspection, and long-term warranty, which made the whole process easy to follow and helpful to look back on later. I feel confident in the quality of the roofing materials and the full roof system upgrades, including removing the old attic fans and adding ridge vents on both the house and garage for better ventilation. The roofing crew was excellent, professional, and hardworking. Even with changing weather, they stayed on schedule and kept the project moving without delays. The cleanup was spotless, and the property looked great when everything was done. I highly recommend this roofer for anyone in Neptune City needing dependable roof replacement or roof ventilation work.

Consistently excellent roofing service from start to finish. I do not give a rating like this very often. The manager, Ernest, was professional, polite, and quick to respond throughout the whole roof replacement process. The roofing crew started on time, finished on schedule, and handled the work with care. They checked and adjusted the roof vents, cleaned the skylights, and made sure everything was working properly before wrapping up. Cleanup was outstanding, and the property was left neat when the job was done. During the skylight removal and roofing work, a small amount of interior drywall damage came up, but the team returned promptly and did a great job with the repair and paint, which showed they stand behind their work. Ernest was especially helpful with the insurance side of the roof claim. He carefully documented storm-related roof damage, recommended filing a claim, and then met with the insurance inspector on the roof to make sure all visible damage was properly reviewed for the report. Because of that effort and attention to detail, we were able to receive full coverage for a new roof. It is rare to find a roofer that combines strong communication, skilled workmanship, timely scheduling, thorough cleanup, and real support with the insurance process. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and well managed from the first inspection to the final repair. Very well done.

a roofing crew installed a metal roof on my home, and i’m very happy with how it turned out. my roof is very steep and has 3 dormers, so it was not a simple roofing job, but they handled it in a professional way from start to finish. they did a great job with the roof work and also cleaned up the property very well after the project. the weather made things a little tricky, and for safety reasons the crew had to pause when conditions became dangerous. once it cleared, they came back and finished the roofing job without any problems. ernest was very helpful and really stayed on top of everything. everyone who has seen the new roof loves how it looks, and the metal roofing has really improved the home’s curb appeal. we also plan to have them return for new gutters and spouting.

A hail storm badly damaged our roof, siding, gutters, and some windows and screens. Roger and the team were a big help with the insurance claim and made the whole roofing and exterior repair process much easier to handle. They were skilled, honest, and professional from start to finish, and they completed the roof work and related repairs on time so our home could be fully restored without delay. After the job was done, Roger checked in more than once to make sure all nails and debris were cleaned up and that the trim, gutters, lights, screens, and other exterior details were finished the right way. We appreciated the clear communication, solid workmanship, and care they showed throughout the project. We highly recommend them for roofing and exterior home repairs.

I worked with Ernest from the start, and he was easy to talk to and very fair. He went above and beyond during the roof replacement and gutter installation, explaining the roofing work clearly and keeping everything on track. He was honest through the whole job, and the new roof looks outstanding. Some extra repairs were even handled at no added cost, which really showed he cared about doing the job right. Toms River Integral Roofing did excellent work, and the cleanup after the project was very thorough. I would highly recommend asking for Ernest. The workmanship, materials, and overall service were excellent. Highly recommended.

After a strong storm caused major damage, including a hole in our garage roof, we hired a local roofing crew for a full roof and gutter replacement. Marvin made a great first impression by coming out himself, inspecting the damage, and giving us a fair estimate. He clearly explained the roofing work, materials, and what to expect, which made the whole process easy to understand. They scheduled us about three weeks out and even arrived a day earlier than expected. The roofing crew worked hard all day, stayed organized, and completed the roof and gutter job in just one day. It was impressive to see how smoothly everything moved from tear-off to cleanup. Marvin also returned for a final walkthrough and took time to make sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work. The new roof looks beautiful, the gutters were installed neatly, and everything was cleaned up well. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Neptune City who needs reliable roof repair or replacement after storm damage.

I had a leaking roof and called for roofing help. Roger came out to inspect the problem and was very professional, on time, and easy to talk to. He explained the repair clearly, gave me a fair quote right away, and the roofing work was completed as scheduled. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. After the job was done, payment was sent electronically, which was very convenient. I also received photos of the roof repair, and that gave me extra confidence that the shingles and flashing were fixed properly. It was great to see the quality of the work without any guesswork. From the first visit to the final repair, everything was handled well. The crew was organized, responsive, and made the entire roofing experience simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them for roof leak repair and other roofing services.
