Would avoid working with this company. After 5 years we have a leaking roof and Kevin refuses to cooperate or take accountability despite guaranteeing his work.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOF. Did my roof in 2022 and found out a year later that it was still retaining water. …

I absolutely do NOT recommend to anyone. The worst customer service I've ever had. After doing the inspection of my old roof, a worker stepped right through the roof and broke my through kitchen ceiling minutes after they started the job. I had to pay for half of the repair. Even after spending 14k on a new roof, it continues to leak after heavy rainfall. They came back 4 times to fix the leak, but it's still leaking and now won't answer my messages, calls and e-mails. Contract says I have a 10-year warranty. Now I have to go to small claims court to get an answer. And guess what ? When I send a letter to the company's physical address, it bounces back as 'moved away' ! Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

Went the extra mile...very hard workers...cleaned up afterwards. Sadly the roof leaked and Kevin refused to fix it. His address on Parc is bogus as well. It’s a clothing factory!! I am suing him for damages

Kevin is an excellent businessman. Not only does he give his 100% and his word on his work. He also guarantees it. He has been in the roofing business for quite sometime and knows very well his job. If you are looking for someone to do minor repairs or a full brand new roof do not hesitate to contact Gougeon roofing.
