  Sorry but the owner of that business died and closed it down.I opened this company to try and help some of his client out as I was the salesman at the time . We did come by and told you what need to be done , as I remember the story behind your roof , you told marco and I there was never leaks just that your roof was fibreglass and needed to change . One of the roofers almost went trough your roof to find a bucket in the kitchen where your leak was. They changed that section at there cost. As he started out had a few issues but the client has to understand there’s a cost now as I explained to you. As you took another contractor marc , you should of called us and we would of came to a solution. Marc worked for eco marco roofing for marco. . Sorry for all the confusion

  I had a new roof installed by this company in June 2023, and I'm disappointed. As soon as it started raining, water ran down the front wall of the house instead of going into the gutter. I contacted the manager, Mr. Godon Faria, to report the problem. I sent him videos and photos as requested, but received no follow-up. I tried contacting him several times by phone, email, and text message, but received no response or follow-up. On top of that, the work was poorly finished; the gutter was full of screws, pieces of wood, and scrap steel. I do not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism.

Oct 18 and no one called ..it’s ashamed how someone can write this . My success over the years has made people or competition jealous.. hope if you read this you will see I have over 100 reviews and you can ask us for address to go visit . You will see that the clients are happy. I wish if this person was real they could call me but if you look at the persons name it ‘s stu Katz means a man’s private part . So use your own judgement and see this person did not do a roof with us

  9thanks Gordon for getting back for the little issue i had joe… one month passed this man has no honour in my 45 years in construction never have I seen lies to your face takes the money and runs .. if you read his response which I have a few never keeps his word I’m forced to get the supreme vents istallerà and take him to court. Reminder don’t do business with this company pay more and keep running !!!!! The worst of it they keep you hanging on saying we’ll be there next week next year & next blue moon ....... after all the promises from ecomarco roofing shister its going to court 30 day notice from my lawyer i feel bad that i even gave them a job after they did mine stay clear from this company *

  Really sorry Your home is complexes and one of my teams could do it but because of hot weather and rain we got back logged .. as requested I gave you your deposit back and when we come back from construction holidays we should be back on track and will do what we promised

  We love the look of our metal roof BUT we have been trying to resolve various issues since the first winter, 4 years ago. Since the company was new to Quebec and the head of the Quebec division died suddenly a few days after we met him, we gave EcoMarco plenty of opportunities to make things right. Our problems are as follows and we have a TON of correspondence on file plus a professional engineer’s report, which backs up the following: Ice damns: Due to insufficient ventilation (our maxi vents were removed by EcoMarco and replaced primarily by ridge venting.) We now get large sheets of ice, up to 18” thick, that come crashing down, ripping off the snow guards & damaging the roof (holes have formed). These sheets of ice are thick enough to kill someone and yet we cannot get EcoMarco to rectify this. We have called, sent e-mails with photographs as well as an Engineer’s Report to Gordon Faria & Joe Malec. Mr. Faria has answered repeatedly, on the relatively rare occasions he answers us, that "this is due to the ice storms we’ve been having” – even though we have proved otherwise. We have photographed several of our neighbours’ houses – including the house next door which is identical to our’s – and have invited Mr. Faria to pay a visit to our neighbourhood to see for himself. According to the Engineer we hired, his calculations & the building code, there should be 30% more ventilation. EcoMarco’s own Manufacturers Guide specifies a 4” wide gap, at the ridge, we have closer to a 2” inch gap. Even though we should not have to pay for this, we still cannot even get an estimate from EcoMarco as to what it would cost to rectify this. Eavestroughs: Mr. Faria advised us, when the installation was complete, that due to a cosmetic “fix” that was necessary due to the condition of the existing roof, we would require new eavestroughs. A total of 4 specialists have told us it would be “impossible” to replace the eavestroughs, since there is no longer an appro

  I highly recommend Eco Marco Roofing Expert! An excellent experience from start to finish. They really took the time to explain in detail how the installation would be carried out, which was very reassuring. Both installers were very professional, polite, and respectful. The work was done with great care and attention to detail. It's clear they are committed to doing a quality job. The quality of the materials used is truly superior. They install very durable steel roofs, an excellent alternative to traditional asphalt shingles. For me, asphalt shingles are definitely a thing of the past! 😄 If you're looking for a durable, high-quality roof and a professional team that takes the time to explain their work thoroughly, I recommend Eco Marco Roofing Expert without hesitation.   Eco Marco has a polite, tidy and efficient team. Gordon is very professional and knowledgeable about his product when providing the best metal roof. I heard many negative remarks about metal roofs and Gordon not only built my confidence but he and his team built an impressive look in adding beauty to my home.   Flawless, from the first contact to the last screw! We discovered Gordon at the Home Show and were immediately impressed by the design of their metal roofs, but especially by the professionalism of the team. When it came time to get started, the service was exemplary: Technical Expertise: The representative came quickly and provided us with extremely precise explanations. You can tell they know their stuff, which immediately put us at ease. Impeccable Site: The team on site was fantastic. A special thank you to Omar, who is exceptionally kind and professional. He patiently answered all our questions throughout the project. Cleanliness and Speed: Despite the size of the project, the guys cleaned up every evening.
