We had our roof patched by Montreal Roofers, while waiting for the full replacement. It immediately leaked worse than when there was no patch, and getting anyone to call us back let alone come and fix it took at multiple calls, empty …

We always do our best to resolve issues. You must understand this is not an issue we caused. We are only there to help if you have a problem, not intentionally make the problem worse. I apologize for any lack of proper communication, again not intentional. We did end up resolving your problem. Well that sounds like good news to me! I’m happy we fixed your issue.

My experience with this roof repair service was awful. I called because of their good Google reviews, but they let me down big time. They promised to call back but never did. When I finally got through, they said they'd call again to talk about my roof, but that never happened either. I had to call them a third time to set up an appointment, which was supposed to be on Saturday at 11 am. But guess what? Nobody showed up! When I called them at 1 pm, they said they had no record of it and told me to call back later. Their lack of organization and not keeping their word is just not okay. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's clear they don't care about their customers or their work.

We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. There must be a mixup with another company. We have no record or history of any communications with you. I verified in my calendar and had no appointments. Call me direct at 514-663-6345. -Neil- We would love to workout any wrong doings if what you say is accurate.

Montreal Roofers redid our flat roof 2 years ago, but it leaked that winter, causing 10,000$ of damage! The inspection report from our insurance company indicated that they had used barely enough membrane to cover the drip edge, which was a contributing factor. I phoned and wrote, but Neil never responded. When I finally got Neil on the phone, he refused to take any responsibility at all. He discredited the inspector and told me if my roof didn't leak during a rainstorm, he and his team had done nothing wrong. I was surprised because of the number of amazing reviews here (now I wonder how many are fakes) and by the charm with which Neil swore he and his team would be over in a minute if, God forbid, anything ever went wrong. I really trusted that he had integrity and I was wrong. Just be aware that if you encounter problems in workmanship, this company will not act honourably.

We always take responsibility for things that are our fault. If that is the case. We would never just say its not our responsibility and not provide a clear explanation as to why. We are always here to help. I would appreciate if you would allow us to rectify the misunderstanding and explain the source of your issue. Please email me your invoice number. I got scammed by this roofer, work was botched. Roof leaking. If there was 1 roof company I would stay away, it’s this one.

Please allow us to fix the problem. Whenever we provide a repair we ALWAYS stand behind our work. If you hired us to resolve a leak and the issue has persisted, please give us the opportunity to fix the issue which should be under guarantee. There surely is a clear explanation for whats going on but scamming is not something we do. You must have us mistaken for another company. We never have issues that go unresolved. Please contact us so we may help fix your problem. We always answer calls and will always help until the issue is fixed. There is surely a misunderstanding because we are always available to help. A simple call may resolve your problem. I don’t recall you as a client. You may call me directly if necessary. We would never scam anybody and are always willing to help resolve issues. Please call me direct so I may help you. 514-663-6345 Neil. .

Unprofessional customer service. Price gaugers and bully any customers who dare speak up.

I’m on the other side of this because I didn’t use Montreal Roofers, they used me to rent dumpsters for a big job. Neil and his whole team are extremely professional, very organized and easy to reach. The work they did was impeccable. Looking forward to working on other jobs together. Jason.

AMAZING. As a woman I am always nervous when I have to call a company in to do repairs. Not only is the team fast and efficient, they are also polite and clean and respectful. Ontop of all this, Neil even took the time to explain to me what the problem was, how he fixed it, how to keep an eye on it and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Genuinely hope I don’t have to, but if I ever do need roofing work done again, MTL roofers will be who I call without question. Thanks again guys, keep up the amazing work. It’s clear to see why you come so highly recommended.

Neil and his team have become my go-to for roof related issues. Their vibe is professional and friendly, and they truly excel at their customer service. The first time I called Montreal Roofers, they were able to squeeze me in that same day after another roofing company left me hanging. Most recently, they showed up a couple of days ahead of our appointment because they had space open up. They don’t have to do things like that because I'd never know the difference as long as they showed up for our scheduled appointment. But that level of consideration makes a huge difference. It’s also worth noting that they are operating their business with integrity. Once on site, they take the time to really explain the situation at hand. They're not looking to pull the wool over your eyes to make a quick buck. They provide a thorough and thoughtful explanation, as well as the recommendations and estimated price points. And any work is done quickly, efficiently, with reference photos and guarantees. All in all, I’m a happy return client and will keep coming back as long as I have a Montreal roof to tend to. P.S. If you use the website form to reach out and don’t hear back, just follow up. Sometimes it gets lost in cyberspace.
