  It took a week for the call back. I then had an appointment with them for a free assessment. At the first appointment, they didn't show up, so I finally called, and the gentleman told me he had a problem. He hadn't even bothered to let me know. He postponed the appointment until the next day. I accepted, but the next day, I received a text telling me he was short-staffed. Another cancellation. So, I absolutely do not recommend this company for its unreliability and lack of professionalism.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Toitures de l’Estrie and I am extremely satisfied. The initial estimate was adhered to precisely, the workers on site were competent and pleasant, and communication was always smooth and hassle-free. In short, no unpleasant surprises from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

  Toitures de l’Estrie is a small, family-run business that truly deserves to be known. The quote was clear, precise, and very well explained. The price quoted was honored without any extra charges.   I have nothing but positive things to say. We called them for a leak in our roof, and they were very responsive in coming to give us an estimate. The repair quote was reasonable, and the turnaround time was also reasonable. The work was high quality, they gave excellent advice, and they were a great team. In short, professional and high-quality work. I highly recommend them.
