  My first submission appointment was missed without a call… I had to call at the end of the day to find out if I'd been forgotten… I was told: yes, we're sorry. And we rescheduled a second appointment for today (Monday, July 7th) at 1 p.m. … I received a call at 12:30 p.m. informing me that he would be there around 2 p.m. At 3:30 p.m., still no news… I don't like posting this kind of review, but I would appreciate a response and an explanation. Please contact me. ——- ‼️ August 14th: I just received a call (more than a month later) asking why I had damaged their reputation with my review, and I'm being accused of venting my frustration when it was simply a disappointment… Disappointment at having waited two full days without hearing from them… Disappointment at not receiving a return call after my email and voicemail… First and foremost, please know that I am not in the habit of writing reviews, let alone destroying the reputation of a well-reputed company. That was not my intention here. My intention was simply to mention the lack of communication and information… as well as their failure to show up for two appointments we had scheduled. I finally learned that the person had obtained the estimate using Google Satellite, leaving me waiting all day for a second time. It was only when I received the quote two weeks later that I realized someone had finally done it… I can certainly understand that a company might be overwhelmed by the number of calls and quotes to process, but the communication was clearly lacking… and they called me to ask why I wrote this review… Well – “I received no response from them by email or phone.” I hope this will be beneficial for them and that they will handle this situation differently in the future. Contrary to what is implied in your review, our team did indeed arrive on the property on the agreed date. However, at the time of our visit, the entire area was affected by major municipal work, including the repair of the water main infrastructure. This work made access to the property particularly difficult, even temporarily restricted, which significantly complicated our work and our ability to proceed normally. In this context, certain procedures had to be adapted, including the use of technological tools (satellite imagery) to still be able to produce an estimate within a reasonable timeframe, despite the constraints beyond our control. We acknowledge that communication could have been improved in this matter and we take note of this. However, it is essential to emphasize that the published notice does not reflect all the circumstances surrounding the situation, which could damage our reputation in an incomplete or ambiguous manner. In the interest of fairness and transparency, we respectfully invite you to reconsider or refine your opinion by incorporating these factual elements, in order to present a more accurate account of the situation.   Michael took the time to thoroughly explain how his team would proceed during their visit. His team was very efficient in installing the new shingles on my roof. Despite the bad weather that had been forecast for the end of the day (rain and thunderstorms), the job was completed in a day and a half for my bungalow, but it likely would have been finished in the same day otherwise. Special mention goes to the cleanup after the work was completed. I found very few nails and debris on the property, and the only thing that needed doing was a good cleaning of the gutters. I would recommend Michael and his team for a job well done at a reasonable price.
