I asked for my roof to be repaired before winter, and he told me he would do it before then. They came to do the repair in November and had to shovel snow to do it. This spring, water got into my house, and we realized they had done a shoddy job. I asked for an amicable resolution, but they showed no willingness whatsoever.

This company wasted my time. They didn't keep their appointments, were unprofessional, and had difficult communication.
