They responded very quickly and gave a price without even seeing the work to be done. The staff were friendly, but they didn't really fix the problem. They removed some ice from the gutters, but nothing is repaired, and water will still seep into the house... $500 wasted

Public notice to set the record straight: the attic of Ms. Gagnon's building needs insulation/ventilation, which is causing ice dams due to heat loss. It's not our fault the building has these problems... As it was an emergency, we stopped the leak to limit the damage to Ms. Gagnon. For $500, it's a good investment (45 minutes of travel time + the duration of the work).

Be careful with this company; they're quick to arrive and charge... $350 travel fee! Before they even knocked on my door, they had apparently finished the job and were ready to leave. Furthermore, the initial problem wasn't fixed... Despite your response, that's unfortunately exactly what happened!!!

We've been in business for 15 years and we wouldn't still be here if you acted as you claim. The $350 included the labor of two men, the products, and travel. Have a good day.

They apparently do very good work, but I haven't had the chance to hire them. My only regret is having requested a written quote 8 or 9 weeks ago and only receiving the amounts over the phone... 0
