  The roof was installed in 2017, and in less than 10 years, it has already required repairs twice due to water leaks. We have noticed several irregularities that may necessitate a complete roof replacement. We do not recommend this company.

  After months of waiting and long periods without a response despite several follow-ups, the only thing that finally allowed me to get a work date was leaving a 1-star review here on Google, which sent a notification to the company owner. After this long wait, once the work was completed, it was nevertheless very well done by professional and conscientious workers, resulting in high-quality workmanship.

  Very poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The repair was poorly done; I paid 1,500.00 and I still have the same problem.

  Hello Mr. Lapa, you contacted us for roof repairs. When we saw the condition of your landlord's roof, we suggested it be replaced immediately. You immediately refused because you are not the owner and did not want to pay for it. You then asked us to repair it because, according to you, your landlord was doing nothing about it. We repaired the roof, informing you both verbally and in writing that there was no warranty on the repairs, which you accepted. Approximately two months later, you contacted us saying there was a water leak. We went to the property and found that the leaks were coming from an area adjacent to our repairs. We repaired them anyway, and several times at no cost, even though you have no warranty. We cannot be held responsible for a defective roof due to your landlord's inaction. Have a good day.

  Don't call them for what they consider "small jobs." The receptionist will literally laugh at you. It just happened to me after I asked for information, and it was very insulting. Please avoid this company and support one that respects you. I can't imagine what the rest of their customer service is like. I wish Google would let me remove some stars. Do not call them if you have a "small job." The receptionist will laugh at you, just as she did to me; it's very insulting. Please spend your money elsewhere. Call a company that will respect you. I can't imagine what the rest of their customer service is like. I wish Google would let me remove some stars from their review.

  A very bad experience with the person who did the quote. The price went from 3900 to 4200, and then they called me back to inflate it to 4700. It's a complete and utter scam. I do not recommend this company.
