  Update: We had two employees come before the construction weeks to install a vent box for the dryer. Now the problem is that every time it rains, water leaks into the tenant's apartment; there are two leaks in the new vent box. When we decided to replace our roof, the goal was to avoid these problems, as the roof was due for replacement anyway! In the end, we're left with even more problems... We had our roof redone last October, and since then we've had a lot of problems: water leaks, tar stains, a dryer vent that doesn't vent outside and leaks every time it rains, birds getting into the attic, etc. I finally managed to speak to someone last June, but since then nothing has been done, and the problems are getting worse for the tenant. Our neighbor has also complained that the workers were negligent because they touched our neighbor's roof, which was done two to three weeks before ours. I had already done a review and removed the work, thinking the problem would be fixed. We're constantly dealing with the City of Montreal, the tenant, and the neighbor, as if we could fix the problem ourselves. I don't know what it will take for you to come and fix the problem, but the damage caused by all this is starting to cost us a fortune!

  The only company that answered my call during this week of the construction holidays. The team came out that same afternoon for an emergency. With photos to back it up, they explained the work that needed to be done. A huge thank you to Pascal and Jules for their excellent service!
