An agent, a Mr. Gravel, was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment. I've been waiting since mid-June, and I waited until the construction holidays were over... and still nothing.

No communication whatsoever. They scheduled our roof repair for the end of May, but they never showed up. After a dozen calls over more than a month, no one has returned our calls or offered any explanation for the delay; it's always "we'll call you back." It's now mid-July, and still nothing. No one has called us back, even after we've tried contacting them by phone AND email. The guy who was supposed to call us back and come take care of our roof is now "on vacation." We've decided to cancel everything and go with another company because they're clearly messing with us and have no intention of honoring their commitment. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them.

I am very pleased with the results of the work done on my roof. It was very well managed from start to finish. Everything was left clean at the end. Each step of the process was reviewed and discussed with the main installer. Thank you for your professionalism. I highly recommend you.
