Drivers are generally the face of the company, but unfortunately, there are drivers who tarnish their company's image, like the guy driving the truck with the license plate ending in "831"!!! Extremely dangerous driving, total arrogance, …

Called to have flashing installed on an electrical mast: the receptionist told me they don't repair shingle roofs, only complete projects... I asked if she could suggest an alternative, and she gave me the name of another company that... unfortunately, doesn't do repairs either... Some service! Thanks again.

My roof was installed by this company, and they didn't slope it towards the drain. I constantly have water on my roof. I tried to get them to come and fix it, but they want to charge me again! I guess the $15,000 quoted did NOT include the slope towards the drain. Terrible customer service.

After 9 years, roof already cracked. DO NOT respect the 15 year warranty which they gave upon signing. I initially decided to go with Couvreurs de L est for my new roof, because of the 15 year warranty. Now after only 9 years I already have water leaking. The company was called in multiple times but never found the problem. Finally the last guy that came found the cracked asphalt. He threw some powdered cement on top and later sent me a bill of 300+/$ stating it was not under warranty. Poor workmanship, and warranty NOT respected. I do not recommend.

Over priced, not professionnal, one picture for triple the price asked compared to 3 other companies after the estimate. Their estimate sheet is the same as my neighbour who had it done in 2011 but with triple the price, therefore using paste and copy, never took the time to explain. Would never recommend this company to anybody.

Excellent experience with this company. They redid our roof in one day, coordinating the addition of a large skylight. They followed all my instructions and requests efficiently. I highly recommend them.

An exceptional repair team! A very professional installation, carried out with great care. The whole team is warm, dynamic, and always smiling. I had the pleasure of spending the day with them and appreciating their professionalism and good humor. Well done, guys, and thank you for your excellent work!

We 100% recommend them! Responsiveness to the urgency of the situation We started experiencing leaks in the building in various places The team is impressive – they're like machines, and the result is perfect! Attention to detail too The team is super friendly, hardworking, and determined despite the sometimes very difficult temperatures! The photos speak for themselves A new roof is an investment, but it comes with a 20-year guarantee! We had an urgent need to replace the air exchanger outlet boxes, and they managed to do it custom-made the same day! Top-quality work!
