  A very bad experience due to a problem that arose after their work! We tried several times to speak with the After-Sales Service Manager, but he doesn't respond to emails or return calls. We would have liked to reach an agreement with them, but it was impossible. The employees we spoke to seemed uncomfortable about the problem: one of the technicians even said he didn't understand why the insulation work hadn't been done at the time of the initial work. Another seemed very uneasy that our request was closed following their technician's inspection. Problem: When replacing part of the roof drain, they didn't replace the insulation, creating a condensation problem in the attic. The damage was significant, as water was running down to the ground floor (2-story building). Not only did they fail to fix the problem they caused, but they also gave us the runaround for about two months. In short, we trusted this company, but this is truly disappointing! Their prices are exorbitant considering their poor after-sales service!

  I encountered an employee of this company halfway up my backyard stairs. He thought it was clever to jump over the neighbor's fence (since ours is padlocked) to get to our house because it was the best access to the neighbor's roof. I certainly would have given him access if he had rung my doorbell first, but instead, he didn't even apologize and considered it normal to enter people's homes without warning or consent because he had something to do there. So I told him to leave, which he did while muttering an insult he didn't want to repeat to their face. I sincerely hope that not all employees of this company are like this, but I'll find out because I called the company and I'll see if they apologize or back up their employee. I will update my review accordingly. *** Updated August 3, 2021 The company hasn't called me back to apologize or explain the situation, even after my two calls to speak to a manager. They are therefore taking responsibility for their employee's actions.

  Dave and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on repairing my roof today. Despite 31 degree heat they worked hard and diligently to make sure the job was completed perfectly. These guy were absolute professionals who obviously take pride in their work. I would recommend Duro-Toit highly.

  Fred and Sébastien came yesterday to fix the problem I had reported. They did an excellent job, and both gentlemen were very focused on resolving the issue. They were very kind and reassuring.

  They set up an appointment, but failed to keep it. I left multiple voice messages but they didn't call back. Update: It took a few weeks, but they did eventually call me back, set up an appointment, and followed through to do the repair that was needed.

  Quick and courteous service. Free estimate. Affordable rates and good quality work. The cleanliness and tidiness of the work site were also very satisfactory; I recommend them!
