Allison made it look so easy and was telling me that she was going to get everything done and everything was going to look nice and she decided to go to a different Menards and get my cabinets instead of the ones that we worked on for 9 hours and then got a different color and was not able to pick up anything for my brand new house she took the money and left me and a home that I can't rebuild can't live in can't do nothing

Amanda, Thank you for sharing your concerns. I want to assure you that my team and everyone involved in your project are confident in the work and effort we put forth. We did everything possible to help you and your family return to your home as quickly as we could. I’m truly sorry that you feel this way. Please know that at no point did I take your money or act in bad faith. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing hostility, threats, and harassment we experienced, we made the difficult decision to step away from the project for our own safety and well-being. We left all materials and progress in place so that you could easily have someone else complete the work. I sincerely hope you’re able to get settled soon and that your children can enjoy a comfortable, finished home. - Allison

TJR Improvements completely transformed our space beyond our expectations. They took our initial ideas and offered creative layout solutions that made way better use of the space, bringing our vision to life perfectly. The team's craftsmanship is top-tier, and their commitment to doing things the right way without cutting corners really stands out. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and highly organized. We highly recommend Jesse, Allison, and the rest of the crew for any major home renovation!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding. They treated my project as if it were their own home, and the quality of workmanship exceeded every expectation I had. The crew was always on time, respectful, hardworking, and kept the job site clean throughout the entire process. Every detail was completed with precision, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Finding a contractor you can trust is not easy, but this company delivered on every promise and then some. The finished project looks incredible, and I continue to receive compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. If you’re looking for a construction company that truly cares about quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend them. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

“Thank You TJR Construction!” I don’t know why we waited so long to call a contractor. You were so easy to work with and the guys and Ashley communicate and work well together! Your crew was like having ‘family’ in our home during the entire project. Thanks for listening to our needs and making our remodel project a reality! Scott & Laurie Perry

You can tell a lot about a company by the people who run it — and these are truly good humans. They’re hardworking, service-driven, and excellent communicators (which makes all the difference). They care about their clients, they care about their reputation, and it shows. It’s refreshing to see a business built on character and quality. I’m always happy to support people like this!

TJR transformed our bathroom/ laundry room space seamlessly. We had our own ideas going into the remodel but Allison gave us some layout ideas that were perfect and made way better use of the space. The standout feature for us was the consistent daily updates. We never had to chase them for answers or wonder when the next was happening. Great craftsmanship and even better communication. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

Thanks to TJR for helping to facilitate our new dream kitchen and bath. We had quite the remodel project and they assisted with guiding us through the whole process. They are always on top of making sure things are done and we are satisfied with the work. I really trusted their suggestions and we are already thinking of the next project we would love for them to help us with!

We contacted TJR about replacing our old deck with a new deck that was to be slightly larger. Once we contacted them they were very prompt to visit listen and discuss our design wishes. The estimate cost was very reasonable. They gave us some wonderful suggestions on the new design with color ideas to match our house perfectly. We added a 14’ by 17’ cement patio by the step landing area that we can set addition chairs up and now have a perfect grilling area. Overall we are very pleased with the final look and the quality of construction and materials used. We love it. It turned out so much better than we expected. I’m If you are looking looking for quality home improvements I truly recommend TRJ

The entire team at TJR were great to work with. Friendly, pleasant, clean, caring and on time. There was SO MUCH coordinating and scheduling; meetings, materials, just so much to do; thankful that Allison took care of it all. We even ended up with an unrelated emergency, and TJR stepped in without hesitation to help us ... that was incredible! Throughout our project, all of the texts back and forth, nothing was ever blown off or forgotten, nothing was ever too much, they just took my ideas and made my bedroom and bathroom what I have always dreamed of having in my home. I am glad that I chose TJR for our Bedroom and Bathroom remodel. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had TJR improvements out to install 5 windows on a second story. Eric was the crew lead. Him and his crew did a great job. They showed up on the day they were supposed to. They installed them quickly and wrapped the house up tight to keep out the weather. Left a clean sight. Would definitely have them back again for any work I need.

We are very pleased with the windows and gazebo repair. Eli was easy to work with and very competent. This is the first time we're not working with our carpenter brother. A little nervous about new workers. Extremely satisfied! John and Cathy
