I called in January and was told someone would get ahold of me for a new roof on my barn. They never called back very poor customer service

This company replaced the metal roof on my sisters historical home....they used no tarps and her siding and screens were damaged. They also removed the flashing and did not cover it when it rained so she got interior leaking/stains. Also, one spot was incorrectly done and was directing water down behind the siding. Since they used no tarps all of the debris was thrown down into her yard daily and she had hours of clean up after they left. She paid top dollar because they were supposedly the "best" and got totally ripped off. Would not recommend this company if you care about your home....they treat it like it's a barn.

I had a $50,000+ roof installed by Culpitt and have four places that experience water backing up and leaking into my soffits. I had told Tim at Culpitt before he quoted my new roof that I had problems in the past with ice build up and I was assured that their "double seam" was water tight and there would be no way for water to back up. Well now I am looking for another contractor to install heaters to keep water from backing up and seeping through my double seamed Culpitt roof. Maybe Culpitt would install the heaters for me?

I bought a new roof for my house and attached garage and a detached storage shed and this company has fair and reasonable pricing and put down new underlayment underneath the seal roof which was nice and I chose to use this company because they are way more knowledgeable than your average roofing company and actually return phone calls. They custom make all their steal from a roll that they order so I was able to have metal installed over the fascia to match the roof and the gutters were installed better after they were done than the way they found them and the roofing crew was easy to work with but the owner Tim definitely has a passion for roofing and I really liked his approach when it came to the Plumbing vent penetration and sidewall flashing.

We recently had Culpitt Roofing install a new roof on our barn, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The craftsmanship is top-notch — the roof is absolutely beautiful and has completely elevated the look of our property. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous. They communicated clearly throughout the project, showed up on time, and left the site clean each day. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. We highly recommend Culpitt Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and dependable service. Our barn has never looked better!

The Culpitt team did a top flight job. Was extremely impressed by the entire staff. The workmanship was not only timely but could not have been improved on. As a retired home inspector, I have seen many metal roofs. Very proud to say that we have the best!

They've done a great job on all my buildings. My old farm house and all the surrounding old buildings. They are reasonable, quick and very good. I wont even call they're competitors anymore. The prices from those guys must have been "I don't want to do it price". Use these guys.

Culpitt roofing completed 1/2 of my barn roof 20 years ago. When the other 1/2 needed to be reroofed there was no doubt which company I wanted to complete it. There were here when they said they would be & the job was completed swiftly & correctly. Very happy with the 1/2 that was completed 20 years ago & very satisfied with the recent job.
