  EDIT: raised from 1 star to 2 star, after the owner quickly called to address the concerns I laid out below. I will further amend this if/when I hire them to do the job, to accurately match the quality of their work, rather than just their communication. I write this review with the caveat that I have not actually had service provided by them, but frankly, with the lack of professionalism and poor/slow communication from them, I am not sure I want them to provide the service. Lengthy delays in replies, and when I do get a reply, it is short to the point of being rudely curt, as if the person communicating with me doesn't see the job I am inquiring about as worth their time. The person communicating with me was clueless about questions I had regarding the job, and didn't even answer all my questions initially, I had to ask multiple times and complain about the lack of professionalism before I got anything close to a decent answer. I understand the job I am seeking to have done is small, but that does not give them the right to treat me as less valuable than any other customer. I am happy to edit/amend this review later, should the owners reach out to me to take responsibility for their employees lack of professionalism, to address my concerns regarding the job, and demonstrate they care about this job as if it were their own home (or a job from any of their larger customers).

  2 years in a row the chimney sweep has failed to remove the creosote buildup just telling me to use creosote remover. this cost me $320 each year. after the sweeping in november, i went to light my stove & the house filled with smoke. they came back the next day & supposedly removed the buildup, but 2 months later in 20 below temperatures, my stovepipe is again smoking like crazy & the stove will not get as hot as it was getting. i have been using dry wood & making hot fires & using creosote remover routinely. my throat hurts from all the smoke & i worry what this is doing to my health & the health of my children.

  I called them to ask them to take a look at my roof because the last man that put the new roof on 5 years ago did a terrible job. I have a window leaking and its just been really stressful. Once I explained to them honestly what was happening, they said they wouldn't come out to look. I think that's absolutely shameful. I have since found 3 other highly rated companies to come out.

  Ledegar Roofing Co. is the best roofing company in this area. They have a skilled and experienced work force. Dalton was a true example. He came and fixed my problem leak on this big old Victorian house. He was fast, efficient, and easy to work with. thank you,

  We had Ledeger replace our siding after a hail storm came through town. Brady and Aaron were amazing to work with; they handled all the insurance claim business with confidence and expertise. Aaron was regularly onsite to supervise and he and the team dealt with some unseen damage quickly and efficiently. Both Aaron and Brady work with integrity and a drive to do deliver a good job.

  We had storm damage that happened in 2024 again after just having Ledegar fix our roof in 2020. They came out the very next day to look at the damage and told us exactly what to expect next. Once we got the quote from the insurance company Brady came out again and we went over everything that was noted to be completed. They showed up exactly when they said they would be here, and cleaned up everything to the last piece. Took extra time to make sure all nails were picked up and the yard was safe to walk in and were amazing to work with. Only would ever recommend Ledegar Roofing for any home repairs. Even recommended them to other family members already that used them too.

  Had a chimney sweep completed by the Ledegar team. The technician showed up on time, was very professional and honest. The technician thought he may have broken a couple fire bricks and made sure to bring it to my attention right away. They will most definitely be getting my business in the future.

  Ledegar roofing representative Brady Brueggen was great to work with through the whole process. He did a great job in keeping us informed from meeting with the insurance adjuster and dealing with our insurance company for payment. The roofing crew he provided did a great job in replacing our roof and Brady did a follow up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend and use Ledegar roofing again, if Brady was the lead person. Very Satisfied customers, Vern & Judy Jordan

  Aaron and Ledegar team were great to work with after a hail storm caused some damage to our roof. Good communication, timely completion of work, and whenever I had a question about the process they answered it. Pricing/Cost was better than I expected and Ledegar made it easy to pay.
