  I can assure you that we would never offer to pay someone’s deductible. I see that you’re from Minnesota. We are located in Iowa. Maybe you have the wrong company. I see there are several other roofing companies in Minnesota with a similar business name as ours.

  Called Zack to setup appointment for Vinyl siding. Confirmed with him our appointment for this morning at 9am. No show, no call. My time is as valuable as his.

  Tried their online request after the derecho on 10 Aug 2020. After a week of no response I called until they answered. On Sep 9th I finally got a call from Eric and told him I needed a quote for roof repairs. He asked for the insurance documentation so I emailed it to him. On Sep 21 I contacted Eric since I hadn't heard anything. Two days later he emails me an $11,000 quote to re-roof the house. Not even close to what I asked for, he even had the insurance repair estimate to work with, and to top it all off, 11 grand is way overpriced for a re-roof. Not a business I'd recommend to anyone, especially other veterans.

  We asked for a bid 3 weeks ago. In that time, we've called 3 other companies, received bids and samples as well as HIRED one of those companies. Your company never bothered to even bid.

  We put our home on the market and contacted Titan Roofing for a roof inspection. Craig Staker came out within a couple of days, thoroughly inspected the roof and indicated it was in great condition with the exception of one vent boot which was starting to deteriorate, which he promptly replaced. We appreciated the prompt, trustworthy service from Craig/Titan Roofing and we wouldn't go anyplace else for our roofing needs in the future. THANK YOU, TITAN!!

  Titan Roofing was fantastic to work with! After our house was struck by lightning, they responded quickly, came out promptly, and had everything repaired in no time. Their pricing was fair, honest, and very reasonable. The entire process was smooth, and their professionalism and quality of work gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation.   Titan Roofing did an excellent job replacing roofing, siding and gutters after hail damage. Project manager Dan, provided personal service through the entire project. He was there everyday working alongside the workers. Highly recommended.

  Titan asked for half up front after the quote, and delivered on the seamless gutters. I was told 2 weeks, but it took less time for them to arrive. Wish I remembered his name, but the young man removed the leaky, ill-angled gutters and installed the seamless gutters at the appropriate angle to go down to the downspouts in a morning. They also went from a 3" gutter that I had to a 4", which I am sure helped tremendously. I had water in my basement prior to this installation, and haven't had it since. I just have to say that I'm happy I decided to get new gutters and now have no water in my basement. Thank you Dan

  I have used Titan twice over several years. The most recent time, it was actively storming and water started coming into my home. The first thing that impressed me was that, when I called, the phone still rang through immediately to a person that was able to connect me with a local salesman of theirs that came out within just a couple hours to check out my emergency. This is impressive since other companies that are not as big as Titan have switched to automated systems that just don’t feel as caring. The salesman, Dan, came in and was able to establish that there was a quick fix and was able to get my home squared away quickly. Additionally, I value the level of service they provide as a veteran-owned business. Their attention to detail and customer oriented structure has made both of my experiences with them incredible.

  Craig and his team simply did the best siding job I have ever seen on our house! The attention to detail is impeccable and I've never seen such perfect caulking on any other house. I can't say enough nice things about their craftsmanship. We had roof, gutters, soffit, and siding all done. You won't be sorry!

  Was a good business decision for us to go with your company. The work was neat and the crew was always busy. No one stood still. The finished work is beautiful. Lots of compliments from neighbors. When the crew left, there was no evidence they were ever there except for reasons they were there. That was putting a new roof on our home. We will always recommend your company if asked about our roof. We are very proud the way it turned out. Very polite and nice crew. Thomas Robinson.

  Friendly, efficient, honest, and respectful! These are just a short list of long words I would use to describe the company as a whole. Every single employee we encountered was wonderful! Everything was explained for our roof from the options of shingle types to colors. We were also sent our pamphlets to compare and contrast our options and experienced a no sales pressure experience. Once our roof and gutters were done, the crew took just as much time and consideration to picking up every last nail as they did installing everything! Great bunch of hard workers!!

  We had an amazing experience with this company! My husband contacted them on a weekend. They came and collected the siding pieces that were broken on a Monday. They fixed the pieces and had them back on by Tuesday morning! They are so fast, easy to work with, and affordable! We love them and will choose them again in a heartbeat!
