  1st let me say that I didn't end up hiring Bakeris but I do believe they would have done a great job. However there were a couple things which led me to do business else where. The sales guy was pretty push, trying to force a contract on the spot, even wanting me apply for financing then and there. Another thing is he said that didn't sit right with me was that they didn't do the install themself, they hire it out. I think that contributes to their higher cost. He asked me what I was expecting the price to be, I told him, and he said that's about what material and labor would be.. well what else is there, what's that extra $4,000 you're trying to charge me for? Lastly cost was another factor. Bakeris was over 40% higher then others. Now, I didn't get quotes from unknown craigslisters. These were licensed and insured roofing companies that have been around and have equally great google reviews. A roof sells itself, you don't need to pay a salesman salary, commission, and whatever unknow marked up fees they are adding. Update: In response to their reply about "high-grade materials", the other companies quoted the same Owens Corning shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice guard and venting. So I stand behind my comment about over pricing.

  Took afternoon off from work for them to come out for a quote and they again cancel. Won't be going with these people.

  I don't know about anybody else but that commercial that they are running recently is one of the corniest commercials I have ever seen. I mean seriously lady in the office when you're on your phone make it look like you're actually talking to somebody just don't have your phone lit up on your home screen. Do you seriously expect anybody to think that somebody up there wearing earmuffs flying a parachute fan or whatever you call those things can seriously have a conversation.🤯😳🤔🤣🤣🤣

  I had a large section of shingles blow off this spring and i needed the area tarped along with an inspection to make sure the rest of the shingles were secure. I gave 2 stars because mr. Bakeris did come out to tarp my roof before the freek spring snow the next day. I was charged 630 for him to put a cover on the exposed area (20 x 10) and I had to furnish the 2x4s! Then he charged me 80 to check to make sure that the rest was secure! I would have called someone else but i doubted i could get someone out to cover it before it snowed the next day. I called Bakeris because they give a roof to the needy but now i know how they pay for it! I wasn't going to post a review but with all the additional advertisement ive been seeing since the recent storm I wanted people to know.

  It was $589 to put on 2 flashings and a few shingles and we knew it was going to be $500 which seemed high but we agreed to that and needed it done ASAP. The kicker was the $89 service fee which we were charged the day he came to give us the $500 quote. So, BEWARE, they are charging $89 to just give client's a quote. He did no work that day and told us it would be $500 for the work and when we got the bill it was $589. We need a new roof for our home and rental and will definitely go elsewhere. My husband complained on the $89 "service fee" and nothing was done. Reply: Let's call it what it is - it's a quote fee and not a service fee - NO work was done. We knew we had a shingle missing and repair would be needed.

  I called Bakeris to come out to look at my roof for repairs as there were water spots on the ceilings in several places. Jordan came out and walked around on the roof, then came in and sat down with an estimate of around $4500 for repairs and said they would like a certain amount of money to get me on the schedule. I had sticker shock and said I needed to speak with my husband before doing anything, especially giving them money to get on the schedule! Then I was told I had to pay $89 for a service call. I said I had not been told about a fee or I would not have had them come out. There are plenty of companies who don't charge a service fee for an estimate. Also, Jordan did not check the attic space either as I was told that he would. Regardless, I spoke with 2 more companies who did not charge me a fee and they both mentioned I had hail damage. I am now getting a new roof and my ceilings painted and repaired for the cost of my insurance deductible. I would check around before using this company.

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with our service.When one of our specialists comes out they do a full 17 point roof inspection, including your shingles, pipes, vents, soffits, gutters and an attic analysis (if accessible). Our Service Fee was discussed prior to our specialist coming out and upon your payment.

  Highly recommend Bakeris Roofing! The office/technical team (Darby, Dawn, & Jordan) is always very responsive and courteous, and the installers (Alonso, Edgar, & Herman) did a thorough, high quality job repairing our roof and installing a beautiful new skylight (with a pleated shade inside the glass).   Ben showed up on time to do a roof inspection after we had a lightning strike on our home. He sealed a few places to prevent future issues and it was included in the inspection cost. He was very professional and informed us on current condition of roof. I would highly recommend Bakeris Roofing for their professionalism and their community involvement!!

  Ben provide GREAT service! Prompt arrival. Very patient and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Will definitely use this company in the future. Repaired problems on visit in the spot fortunately that were covered by my service fee. Provided me with a very informative packet that answered most questions about future financing options etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Tony came out and investigated our roof leak. He trimmed back some tree branches to clear the roof in order to give a full inspection. He was very professional and helpful, determined the cause of the leak, resolved the issue, and provided advice if there are future concerns.
