  Josh came to our house and offered their services and mentioned they would work with our insurance and take care of everything. Towards the end I had to deal with the insurance to figure out what was paid and what had not as Josh had stopped doing so. Siding was done within a matter of hours but the quality of the work was horrible. Shortly after the siding started coming apart and after several calls they came to repair it, then it started falling apart, from there they were going to send their inspector and that never happened. I am very unhappy with their work quality and will never recommend them. I had to hang up on Josh on my last interaction with him due to his unprofessionalism and him raising his voice for no reason.

  Jason R. from Stronghouse took great care of our roofing needs. Working with him and our insurance company went so smoothly. Our work was completed according to schedule and in a professional way. I highly recommend Stronghouse to anyone looking to have their roof/siding done!

  We had a shingle replacement project completed on our house last week. The project mgr was Jeremey Bents. He was very professional in all aspects: Sale,schedule, insurance details, and always followup. Great communicator. Project was completed very professionally also.

  Sutton and Options Exteriors were good to work with. The roof was completed in one day as scheduled and the bill matched the estimated costs. I highly recommend them.

  Jeremy clearly covered all details and expectations before anything needed to be signed. He then oversaw the entire project from start to finish, and even made a couple special trips to clean up any stray nails or debris after the installers were finished. One piece of siding had a small hole from falling debris, and Options Exteriors repaired it better than before at no cost to me.

  Great experience with Options Exteriors. They helped us replace our roof, several windows, a patio door, and an exterior door. They worked directly with the insurance company and the contractor. Options Exteriors did the heavy lifting and got us the best materials and service for a reasonable price. They were very pleasant to work with. Good experience all around

  We had massive hail in May. Options Exteriors replaced our siding and roof. Amazing job. Jeremy B was our contact person. Jeremy you rock! He is very friendly, very knowledgeable. We made suggestions and so did he (love the 1/2 window idea). Jeremy kept us updated on when supplies would arrive and work would begin and end. The crews were very polite Clean-up was thorough. Jeremy even returned to do a final clean-up. I filed the initial claim and Options took over, taking care of all the rest. I am very pleased with the service I received and the end result

  Jeremy Bents helped us get everything taken care of with our insurance. He kept us completely informed on every detail. He was here every night to check if things had been cleaned up after any work was done. There is no one I would recommend other than Jeremy Bents!
