Bodega Bay Roofing, Inc.

The only one or two-star review we hold for Bodega Bay Roofing, Inc..

We had a mystifying experience with Brandon at Bodega Bay Roofing: After meeting in person twice, we hired him for a roofing project, went through the planning phase, and set up a start date, based on the schedule that he provided. Two weeks prior to our start date, Brandon stopped answering his phone or replying to any inquires. We left messages, concerned about him, asking for any update on his well-being. He never returned any calls, text or email messages. Brandon ghosted us entirely -- effectively bailed out on the job, without any notice, explanation, or apology. At the best, it was extraordinarily immature, unreliable, and unprofessional behavior.

Brandon and lead foreman are very knowledgeable, customer friendly and the work is very good. Prices for roof work are reasonable and they worked me into the schedule as promised. After installing new skylights and pressure washing the tile roof, it looks like a newer roof again!

Brandon and his crew did an excellent job. We needed a roof tune-up and they were prompt, professional and efficient. Brandon did a free walk through, with drone pictures, and provided a detailed estimate before the job. In addition, we have a steeply pitched roof but that didn’t seem to bother them at all. Would highly recommend.

Brandon came out to give us a free inspection, as we had one of our roof vents damaged during a storm. He was able to provide me a quote for repairs and maintenance same day. They came out within a week to complete the job, and we're very professional.

Brandon and his crew were professional, personable and consistently communicated to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They offer very competitive pricing and worked fast. I have a 12/12 very steep pitch roof on a very old house, 1905. They worked fast and efficiently as possible. City inspected and approved! Thanks!

That was definitely a challenging job. Very steep, but turned out very nice! Thank you Jason!

Bodega Bay (Brandon) came by the house as promised and within a few days we had a written estimate and a contract. After ironing out some specific items we had planned on doing they started the work and completed it as promised. We are very happy with their work and craftsmanship. We would recommend them for any roofing job!
