  Relentless high pressure badgering by phone. I was advised to contact their customer care support to stop the relentless calls. 2-6 Calls per day 7 days a week. However, a week later. The harassment persists.

  Signed up through angi to receive quotes and this company will not stop calling me. I never answered because I am always at work or u available, they won’t leave a voicemail with any information either. I have received 33 marketing calls from their caller ID in 8 days. INSANE. I should have blocked the number but I thought they’d stop after 3 days. By their marketing methods I would imagine they SUCK. Don’t give them your info

  The new roof was performed in a timely manner. The workers were diligent, professional, and conscientious. The project manager, Frank Soler, was particularly helpful in dealing with any and all of my concerns.

  On June 11, 2026. I had a meeting for a roof replacement with Timeproof USA. The customer service representative was Mr. Jacob Smith, what a blessing. Mr.Jacob Smith helped me in every way possible to get my roof project started. The presentation was phenomenal. He walked me through the entire process with patience and positive feedback as well as suggested options. At the end of our meeting, I was sold and very greatful to have met Jacob and Timeproof USA. My sincere thanks to your company and Jacob Smith . July 28, my entire roof is finished and beautiful. Thanks to Joshua Diaz, Adrian, and Chris Suarez on a job well done. I will certainly endorse TIMEPROOFUSA! These men worked hard and steady together to ensure the safety of my family within my budget!
