  My family has used this company in the past 20+ years on multiple properties. Work was good. Cannot recommend now. No proposal going on week five. Disappointing customer service. No call backs or updates.

  I called to see if they were hiring and in what areas in specific they were looking for someone, and the customer service was THE WORST (I didn’t get her name), but she was ARROGANT as someone can be, and I work in Insurance so I know that was a poorly customer service. I would not recommend this place either, because if that’s their customer service, imagine the general service.

  I seriously have to wonder if these 1 Star Reviews we keep getting from “non-customers” is somehow connected to the monthly calls I get from companies who claim they can remove these 1 Star reviews.

  We apologize for the lack of communication, that is unacceptable and although we are still negotiating with the tile manufacturer, we should have kept you in the loop. The roof was completed in 2019, and your roof warranty is still fully in effect against faulty installation and water intrusion. The tile is not crumbling, the white slurry coating is chipping. This is an ongoing issue with all flat white roof tile, and manufacturers are stopping production because of this liability. We disclosed this potential problem when the contract was signed, but understand some communities require this type of roof. Tim Graboski Roofing has been in business since 1989, striving to provide quality work with the utmost integrity. While tile production issues are out of our control, we understand that you entrusted us to install your new roof. It is our responsibility to get the faulty tiles replaced one way or another. Thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times of shortages and delays.

  A great experience from start to finish! We've been impressed with Graboski Roofing from the first quote visit and they delivered through the entire project. While some crews made mistakes (no one is perfect), the one thing that stands out is the ownership and quick remedy of any situation. Overall clean work, timely, great communication, and willingness to change and own mistakes to ensure the customers get what they paid for. The in-house teams and the one stop shop for communication truly stands out. Thank you!

  Most roofing companies in South Florida are predatory and pushy, with high-pressure sales reps. This does NOT describe Graboski Roofing. From the start, the difference was obvious. Justin was thorough and professional in his assessment of my roof. In fact he was the ONLY one who actually went up on my roof to do a real visual inspection. Once signed, Jill, Christina and Mariana handled every detail and patiently answered all my questions. The crews that came out were quick, efficient and cleaned up completely after each day of work. They even took care of all the documentation and collateral materials for the My Safe Florida Home grant. I would highly recommend Graboski to anyone who wants, what the state inspector called, "a beautiful roof."

  We recently had Graboski Roofing replace our roof and I was very pleased with the process. The customer service and salespeople were polite and professional. They kept me advised of all work, timetables and had answers for any delays. The installers were polite, on time and kept the job site clean at all times. They provided all documentation, warranties and permits in a neat file. Pricing was competitive and I was very pleased with the entire process.

  Having been born into a General Construction Family and at age 81, it has been my privilege to have Grabosky Roofing replace the roof on my home. I have not seen workmanship like that in many, many years. The project was run in a safe, clean, efficient and professional manner truly “Outstanding” The total cost of the project was right in line with the market, not the cheapest ……not the most expensive ,and proved to be more than fair and equitable, given the quality of the work performed. That being said I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following Grabosky team members for their efforts in the completion of my project. President: Tim Grabosky Sales Rep: Justin.
