Flat Roof Replacement in Boca Raton, FL. Step by step photos of how we replace the flat roof. Once the existing roof is torn off down to the plywood decking, we renail the decking to the trusses and install a 4" membrane over the plywood seams as the Second Water Barrier. We then install the first anchor / base membrane with a nail down application, followed by a middle self-adhering membrane, and a final third self-adhering granulated membrane. Each step completed according to manufacturer specs and Florida Building Code requirements.
