I was pleased with the whole job except, the "finishing" of the border was not included in the total cost. May have been a misunderstanding, but I was disappointed to know I would have to spend an additional $3 thousand dollars to have that done. I still haven't been able to do it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Charmaine. I'm glad to hear you were pleased with the overall job, but I'm sorry about the misunderstanding regarding the border finishing. We strive for clear communication, and I apologize for any oversight. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss how we can resolve this issue for you.

Great communication. Did an excellent job. I interviewed 8 companies before deciding on Phoenix Roofing. And I definitely made the right choice. From start to finish there were zero delays. We were under the gun trying to get this completed to close out a sale of the house and they worked tirelessly with me to make sure all my needs were met.

Leo and his team are experienced professionals in the roofing space that will treat your home as if it was their own. They are innovative problem-solvers but don't take unnecessary risks with your home. I highly recommend you work with Phoenix Roofing, as they are one of my partners that I trust.
