They may not have the cheapest roofing prices, but they were very professional, prompt, and thorough. Their President, Jared Varner, was personally involved from beginning to end.

Tim And Scott are hands down the best sales associates I’ve ever worked with. They are polite, funny and amazingly responsive. They were available for any and all inquiries I had and helped me battle my insurance to get my entire roof replaced over repairing sections. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for their roofing needs.

Timeless is a great roofing company that values integrity. The roof was replaced and brought up to code. From start to finish, they help with insurance deals that save a lot of time and headache. Was very impressed with the roofing crew and the way they work their butt’s off until the job is done!! High quality, you get what you pay for with these guys.

They are quick, efficient, and they do a professional job. My roof looks great. Jared inspected the job after they were finished and had someone come back and correct some minor things that I didn't even notice. I'm glad that I used them.

Jared and his staff were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They were quick to respond. Jared personally came to our home and met with our insurance to make sure that nothing was missed with the inspection process. I would highly recommend this company.

Timeless Roofing provided an incredible customer experience and the highest quality product available! This company has integrity. Taylor kept us well informed throughout the process and the passion that he and owner Jared had about doing everything to ensure we were completely satisfied was remarkable. Highly recommend!

I woke up to a leak after all the Spring storms and searched on BBB for roofing companies. By far, Timeless was not only the best communicator, but Austin arrived when he promised (and this was also during the crazy tornado aftermaths), did a thorough roof inspection, and was able to provide a reasonable repair on the spot for two minor issues. He even went above and beyond and repaired a recent "seal" done by the chimney company a few weeks earlier, for no added charge.

This company and their team were so professional, fast and timely, I couldn’t recommend them strongly enough! They actually answered the phone and came to my house! Other companies still haven’t returned a message I left on their machine months ago. I wish I could hire them to do all the projects around the house!!
