  I called to make an appointment on Thursday to have someone install a couple attic fans and vents in one of our houses in Mountain Brook As a real estate broker and property manager we need roofers we can rely on. We heard about Extreme roofing from WDJC and expected to recieve the kind of service they promise to the Christian audience of the radio station. I was told by the owner who took our call that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. The person who called back made an appointment for 11 am Friday but didn't show up. He called me about 10:50 after I had already drove from our Trussville office out there, and said he was held up. Could we reschedule for 3. I said okay and went at 3 but he didn't show again, only this time he didn't show or call or answer his phone.So, around 3:25 I called the owner and he asked who I was and then said he never heard of me nor did I ever call him. He keep asking me who was the name of the guy I had the appointment with. I said I don't know what his name is but he didn't show. The owner was very rude and very short with me and then basically caled me a liar by saying he never heard of me and I never called him. Then when I told him my time was valuable and I didn't appreciate being talked to...didn't finish my sentence because he already hung up on me. Here's why he was so wrong because I had a long conversation with him that Thursday about who I was and how I heard about him on WDJC and how this was a big opportunity but he didn't care. Finally, the man who identified himself as Clay, called me back at 4;30 and said he was the one who made the appointment with me and that he never told me 3 but that he would be there sometime after 3. Which is a total lie he must have told his boss to try and save face. Nevertheless, he basically lied and then implied in so many words that l was the liar. Wow, I wonder who taught him why that was acceptable behavior for an Extreme roofing employee?

  Heard about Extreme Roofing on WDJC and they were recommended by our insurance company. Josh is very nice and easy to work with. Gave us a detailed estimate with pictures of our roof. Helped us pick out roof color. Crew was out the next day. Old roof removed and new one installed in same day. Great detail to clean up . Our new roof looks really good! We highly recommend Extreme Roofing.

  Prompt and communicative all the way through the process. Very responsive to providing and meeting the specifications that I wanted to have. First class job and careful with the details. No shortcuts what-so-ever. Great crews, cleanup immaculate, and overall one of the best roof replacements I have ever had.

  Josh came out immediately, surveyed our roof, and gave me a price to replace it. It included redecking the whole roof. The whole team came out within 2 days and started the work. It was like clockwork and synchronized. Everybody knew what to do. Interesting thing is that we had a swag in our roof, and I wasn't sure that anything could be done with it. They said they would try to make it look better. Seriously, The surface was perfect when they completed the job-- like magic. Everybody was so nice and helpful. I hope you never have to replace your roof, but if you do, call Josh. He will keep you informed and even help you around the house. Just can't beat that kind of service.

  Did our roof and it was fast- CLEAN!!! They where ready to go and had our roof replaced in a day. Extreme Roofing actually gave us a better price than others. Very PLease!

  Excellent. Josh was very helpful with all aspects of replacing our roof. From working with our HOA, matching shingles, replacing a rotten board to adding a roof vent over the garage, he handled every request that I had.

  We had the best experience with Extreme Roofing (referred by WDJC) last month. I couldn’t believe how fast the entire process was; replacement and cleanup was 1.5 days. Josh was immensely helpful working with insurance and his communication and honesty were what sold us to go with Extreme. They were the most competitively priced as well, even though insurance covered the replacement (paid the $2k deductible only) Save your time quoting elsewhere and go with Extreme/Josh. Note: Josh recommended the Weathered Wood color from GAF/Timberline HDZ and couldn’t be happier with the color
