After coming out an hour late to give a quote for the roof, they promised to send the quote in a day or two. Eight days later no quote has been received. Then they asked for this review.

I never got a quote or any follow up, so went with another contractor. Poorly done by not supplying the price or anything.

I was very impressed with Superior Roofing. A hail storm hit our neighborhood and I was very concerned because I had replaced my roof due to a leak less than a year ago. Superior Roofing inspected my roof and gave me an honest appraisal that no work was needed since the new roof held up well against the storm. While they worked on other homes in my area, I asked a rep to look at a water intrusion issue I was having in my porch roof. Two superior crew supervisors looked at my issue and even conducted a minor repair -- amazingly, the supervisors did not charge me for their time, even though they both spent over an hour at my home. They were both professional, courteous, knowledgable, and honest. In the future, Superior will be my 1st call for roofing issues.

We used this company for an update to our main living areas. Fresh paint on the walls, ceilings, and trim. Several sheetrock repairs as well. Our home looks brand new. The crew was clean, professional, and got the work done quickly without sacrificing quality. We are extremely pleased.

I called and got a quote for my dads house, Mr. Eddie was the sweetest sales man, and best quote around. We hired them to do the roof, the rain delayed the roof being put on but Mr. Eddie kept us informed every time. The roof was completed …
