Not a great experience. Definitely would not hire again. From worker’s theft of neighbor’s supplies to complete the job, to failure to promptly address issues w work performed, I’ll be looking elsewhere next time I need a roofer. Also, I looked on the state’s list of certified contractors and this company’s name is not listed. I tried to resolve this because I know it’s hard running a small business but at this point I feel a duty to warn others.

Hi Miranda, We are very sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience, according to our records our last communications with you were back in February at which time we went back out to your property and addressed the persisting issue with the roof. We also provided a $25 Home Depot gift card to your neighbor for the misunderstanding with the piece of lumber. Since that time in February, we have not received any additional communications and have not been made aware of any further issues. We did reach out to you yesterday and left you a message as we would like to get this resolved. Negative reviews can be severely detrimental to small business’ and we can’t resolve something we have not been made aware of. We are most certainly a licensed Delaware Residential Contractor, license #2022707027 which can be verified at Delaware.gov. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Wasn’t in need for a roof for 10’more years. After 25 years in roofing and working with IBC I watched this team install a roof a few sorts aware. After a day , I went over and asked dep questions. Very knowledgeable and great installation I was sold. So I changed my roof 10’yeara early why? I didn’t want to let such great qualifty and service slip past me while I waited out 10 years. Three to 4 times a day they texted me updates and images. I shared concerns and they we are acknowledged and put to rest. Wow. These guys are making America Great! Would recommend them to anyone. Two thumbs up! Way up!!

I had an emergency with water leaking in the kitchen from the ceiling, they came quickly and were very professional! They told us the problem and how to resolve it. Will use them for the fixtures and whenever else in the future related to roofing issues.
