  We got a back door replaced with them in 2023. A little over 3 years later, the door is now leaking in multiple places. Down into the basement, onto the floor and even through the handles! Either the product is bad, or the installation was bad, or both! Very unhappy. When we installed, they took more than three months just to come out and measure the door to be fabricated, when it should’ve been a couple days. And the crew that installed were rough cutting into the wood frame and it was all crooked and the door was never very secure and shook when we close it. There were also multiple gaps after the initial install and air was easily blowing in. Overall, very poor experience all around. Now I’m trying to get someone to come out and take a look at it and it’s like pulling teeth. Absolutely no liability or ownership. The guy I spoke to is also rude, mansplains, and condescending. Would not recommend this company. Update: Of course no one has come out to take a look still. I filed a BBB complaint. If they don't respond, I'll take it to court. I had 3 other people come out and take a look and they all said it's IMPROPER INSTALLATION. and the water leak has nothing to do with the deck, as so adamantly claimed by All American without ever having looked in person. In additional, they pointed to multiple areas of improper installation, including improper shimming, alignment, sealing, waterproofing, and the threshold/sill area. and of course their 'repair' of the door gap with the layers of velcro fell out and now there's light shining through the door gap again.

  I have asked them over 12 times not to call me,I already got the roof done! But they call one to two times a week……I will never ever use this company now and I’ll be sure to tell people if you ask for a estaminet be prepared for 100,s of phone calls.

  The work that was done was good. The communication was a 0 out of ten. The Salesman had my husband sign the walk around (that was supposed to be done after with the project manager) the day we agreed to go with the estimate (2-3 weeks before work was done). Crew was okay at picking up minus a plastic cigar piece thrown on the ground 5 feet from dumpster. And a palette was taken from the dumpster and thrown in our yard. Overall happy with the work, not pleased with the company. Should have supported a mom-n-pop company and not a big corporation where we are just another number.

  Drew and his team at All American Roofing did a great job with the removal of the old roof as well as replacement and installation of the new roof at my property. Their pricing was very competitive. I was most appreciative of the communication from start to finish! I would highly recommend All American Roofing!

  I had my roof done by this company and they did a great job. Drew has been extremely positive to work with. The price is very competitive and they appear to have all the highest certifications and so on. The entire job was completed in one day and everything went just fine. I was also able to get some repairs to my fireplace chimney done as part of the same order.

  The team that came to our house was great. They arrived before 8:00 am and were fast and efficient. They listened to what we wanted, and the whole shower was installed in one day! They really knew what they were doing and did a quality job. We are quite happy.

  Very happy with my tub to shower installation by All American. Highly recommend them!! A+ service from estimate to completion. Sales rep Drew was very professional and thorough during his sales visit. He took the time to explain every step of the process to ensure we understood and were having our expectations met. Install was scheduled quickly and completed in one day as promised. Installers Kyle & Austin were great as well. Very friendly and professional. Couldn’t be happier with my new shower - thanks guys!!
