  My review is not about the quality of their work but about the recklessness of their employees on the roads! Shortly before noon on 3/20 on Rt 1 (he has just come on from rt 13 heading north) I nearly got hit by the driver who appeared to be reaching to get something on the passenger seat of passenger floor while going 70+mph down the road. I tried to stay away from him but then he decided to merge into my lane nearly hitting me! I managed to swerve onto the shoulder and looked over to see him talking on the cell phone he was holding!

  I hate to give someone a bad review, but we had a nightmare experience with Dynamic. We hired Phil and his team to replace a porch roof with standing seam. The new roof looked like a 6 year old installed it. Horrible jagged cuts, not flashed properly, and the rain leaked between the fascia and the gutter. At least Phil came over to inspect it and agreed it was horrible. Literally nothing had been done right. So they agreed to replace it. He dropped off color samples on an ink-jet printout, which was ridiculous. How can anyone pick a color from that? So we contacted the panel manufacturers directly and had samples sent. Later, Phil told us the color we picked was from a different line that took longer to get and cost more. (This would have been avoided had he given us actual color samples as he'd said he would.) They finally installed the roof again, once his buddy (not an employee) got back from being out of town. (I guess none of his employees actually know metal roofing! So we had to wait weeks for his friend to be available.) The roof went on. And it still leaked between the fascia and gutter. I drove home a few days later to find three trucks in my driveway and Phil came rushing up to my car as I pulled in. He said the panels weren't molded properly and the manufacturer's rep was looking at them and I needed to say I had noticed it and was unhappy. (Why he couldn't have called about this or texted or emailed me was baffling.) So they ripped it off AGAIN and installed it a third and final time. The day they came to install it the third time, we happened to be home on a Saturday so we could talk to the installers. (We had no idea they were coming... Phil never communicated a date. They just showed up.) They had to fashion a metal piece to direct the rain into the gutters b/c they weren't experienced enough with c-shaped gutters to properly allow for enough drip edge. Finally the roof is finished, literally SIX MONTHS later than the contract stated. We had no legal

  Kirsten-We are very sorry for the experience you had with our company. This is not the service we strive for. We agree the first installation was done poorly. I did not want to take any chances moving forward therefore I contacted a roofing contractor who I have a close relationship with who has experience with metal roofing installation. After the initial installation you had decided to change from the color you had originally selected, which we were happy to do because we were replacing the panels. We used a different manufacturer in effort to get the panels quicker than the original set. I agree that we should have been able to get you better samples so that you could make a selection. The color that was chosen was a premium color therefore was going to take longer for production. We communicated this through text message. Unfortunately the gentleman that was installing the new panels lost his father before Christmas and had to leave the country. After the second install I noticed immediately that the panels were not properly fastened. I attempted to call you to let you know that I had a representative from the metal company meeting me out there the next day to inspect the panels; however you did not answer. When you arrived that day, I explained immediately what was going on, and that unfortunately they were going to need to manufacture new panels. This was a manufacturing issue and completely out of my control. The third install was done as soon as the panels came in, and unfortunately I was not aware that they were installing that Saturday or I would have communicated that with you. We wanted to get the job completed due to the delays and the frustration you had experienced. I take full responsibility for my mistakes and any delays I may have caused. In the end please know that we will do whatever is necessary to make sure our installs are satisfactory regardless of how long it may take.   I would never hire them for the installation of anything and be prepared for a mess to be left behind. We have been waiting for 2.5 years for them to fix our poor door installation and always had to follow up asking to clean up their mess.

  I recently had my roof repaired by Phil and his team. Excellent service, very organized and with updates all throughout the repairs. I was not aware of the condition of the roof and had no idea of the damage. Phil assured me everything would be okay and kept me informed during the whole process. I highly recommend his company.   We recently had Dynamic do a full siding and window replacement on the home we just purchased. Pricing was fair, workmanship was fantastic, but it was the experience we had with Phil, Ian, and the crew that really set Dynamic apart. The whole team was communicative, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Phil came by most days to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. He and Ian did a wonderful job explaining everything to my husband and I - we couldn’t be happier that we went with Dynamic for our home project!

  Phil and Dynamic were hired to replace our siding and they are awesome. Phil showed up on time (early even!) every time he said he would and followed up every time he said he would. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire project. He kept everything as stress free as possible. I will definitely hire him again for work in the future.

  Phil was amazing and super accommodating. I was between a rock and a hard place due to my insurance company randomly telling me I needed to get my roof fixed. Phil not only helped with the roof replacement process from beginning to end, but he also helped with my insurance company, making sure I had the right info so I could put in a claim so the insurance would pay their fair share. It was a such a great experience, I’m going to have them replace my deck after the holidays. You can’t go wrong with Dynamic.
