I was getting quotes and doing online research for a company to replace the shingles on the roof on my house and then the metal roof on my barn was leaking. these guys were great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable. Didnt leave my yard a mess by any means. The roof on the house looks great. For the roof on my barn its fixed, the leaks were around the fasteners. Great peoole, great family run business. Thanks Tracie and Michael!

Mike and Traci have been invaluable in the renovation of the Deco building that I have lived in for 34 years. They are professionals who always have time to explain the process and go out of their way to create a dialogue with the tenants. Would highly recommend.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Three Families LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
