My home and attached roof is flat and covered with a membrane. The company was not dependable when it came to meeting work dates. It took several weeks to complete. The workmanship was not as good as expected or promised. The owner admitted …

This is actually my cousin. His roof was flooded because of clogged drains. He would not pay for the new drains to be installed so we did all we could to mitigate water entry into his home. 4500 sq feet of Lucas 8000 applied and multiple trips at no charge to clean out the 1 inch drains on a flat roof no charge. No good deed go's unpunished.

terrible work on our roof. actually added a leak, broke a window, and an A/C unit. we will have to have it all redone. lies, threats, and taking money is pretty much all this company is good for. edit: threatened to sue for posting this. it is the truth. ask for his contractors license number. ask for his ID. please. edit: this is the only review i have left for this company. google will not remove this as it is proven accurate.

The owner, Jeff, is the man! After calling various other roofers to no avail, Jeff was prompt in returning my call, having a conversation about the issue I was having, and had an appointment set up for the next day! Not only did Jeff assess the situation (leak around plumbing exhaust), he took the time to give me the tips and tricks to maintain my roof as a young, first time home owner. What other business is gonna take the time to do that!? You best believe I will use Innovation Restoration for my future roofing needs and recommend them to everyone!
