James and the team have been our go to roofing and gutter company for the last 7 years. From a complete new roof and gutter system on our old home to the maintenance needed on our new home they have been excellent. Recommend highly.

I had an outstanding experience with James from Universal Home Solutions. He repaired damaged wood on my chimney siding and trim, completed flashing repairs, and worked to replace rotted cedar/beveled plank siding. He also replaced the lower section of the front vertical trim and the fascia end at the roofline with new flashing. In addition, he reattached a loose soffit on the left side, installed new wood where needed, then caulked and painted everything to look seamless. James was considerate throughout the entire process—communicative, punctual, and respectful of my home. His workmanship was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and he left everything completely cleaned up when he was done. It’s great to find someone who combines skilled craftsmanship with such professionalism.

We were so pleased with the work that Andre and his team did on our Cape Cod house. We had them paint both the inside and outside of the entire house and they did a fantastic job. They were thorough, kept the place clean and were very nice to work with. I would recommend him highly.

Universal Home Solutions has been taking care of my roof for as long as i can remember. I first came across them years ago when needed to remedy another roofers issues and they have kept me dry and draining properly (and leaf free!) ever since.

James and team prepped and painted our banged up roof trim and replaced decades old gutters. He made options for our budget clear, kept us updated, and got the details right.
