  Jay was on time and inspected my 20 yr old roof. I know Allstate will not cover a new one so I am prepared to pay cash. He sat down and went over his findings. I asked about options and pricing and he said I would need to schedule another appointment for that. What? I took off work, you're at my house now and you want me to set up another time? He went onto say that once I get quotes from other companies he would need to tell me why his product is better. On my time? No sir. Give me what you got or leave. He left and I don't use companies that waste my time with sales tactic BS! Other companies provided me estimates within 30 minutes

  Hi Dara - So sorry you were expecting a roof estimate on the spot. I see that you've edited your review to indicate your insurer would not cover a new roof. However, on your initial call you requested a storm inspection, and that is the type of appointment we booked. After our no-charge roof and attic inspection didn't reveal any storm damage, there simply was no time for a secondary appointment on the spot. Our field reps schedules are very tight, and we pride ourselves on being on time for all our appointments, not just yours. We wish you the best on your search for a roofing contractor.

  Yeah, they will not even take a look at your home unless you are physically there. Extremely weird and unhelpful. The lady didn't seem to be the nicest on the phone. No thanks!

  This company will NOT help an out of town homeowner who desperately needs help with a leak and can meet virtually, since I live out of state, in another home and have the money to pay for repairs. Can’t even have a neighbor who shares the same roof present. Both of which may actually need to purchase a new roof together since it’s a duplex style home. Terrible policy in place in this days society. Even doctors do virtual visits now. Get with the times!! Would not recommend using this company that says they just want to do things right via the lady on the phone. Customer service from the main office is poor.

  The owner and his company did an amazing job repairing our roof after a tree fell on it. They came out quickly to provide an estimate and by the next day the roof was back to new. Would recommend to anyone looking for roof replacement or repairs.

  Jay and Treat were very professional and communicated well with us from estimate to completion of the job. All interactions were courteous and the job was done efficiently and with cleanup of all debris. Would easily recommend Blue Fox for any large or small roofing job.

  Had a new roof put on my 16x24 shop. I met their team leader Treat who was very polite and helpful in explaining things. His team cleaned up after the work was done. I could not even tell they had been there. I just had a brand new roof on my shop that look great!

  I can’t say enough good things about Jay, Treat and the team at Blue Fox Roofing. From the very beginning, Jay was extremely detailed and communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand.   We contacted Blue Fox roofing for a leak in our bedroom ceiling, thinking that it was from a roof. Carter came to inspect and after thorough examination he was very honest that the issue was not from roof but from a plumbing pipe in the attic. This is the second time that we are using their service and each time they have exceeded our expectations. They are prompt, honest and genuine in their service. Would highly recommend them.
