  They wrote my husband up for being to nice they told him to push harder all they want is to force home owners into buying their product and we signed with them to get our roof done they were supposed to wait till we had the money to pull the check and they didn’t our account is now over-drafted and i no longer want to have them do this project because i will not be able to afford it as they pushed my husband to quit because like what is he supposed to do be rude to customers to get them to sign a contract. I would also like to speak with the owner.

  The young man that came to our house we're very nice. Codi, the guy you sent to our house to look at one window was very rude and pushy to my husband. My husband called me to let me know what this man was doing and I told my husband to tell him to leave and not come back that we were not interested in Three Brothers help.

  I have a “no soliciting” l sign by my front door. A salesman came and knocked, and I told him no soliciting and he continued to argue with me. I told him to get off my property. He continue to argue with me. You need to teach your salesmen some manners.

  I do NOT recommend this company for any of the work they say they do. I’ve been holding back on writing a review but honestly i want the community to know about our experience with Three Brothers. We ordered all new windows to be installed in November 2024. The reps talked a good deal and got the sale done. Installation was scheduled for January. installation didn’t happen until May 2025. Mind you during this time we had tried communicating with the company about the status of the job. Communicating with them was horrible. Three brothers would not get a hold of us, we even tried to cancel the order with no luck. The job they did was messy and unprofessional. Gaps in the windows, windows are not level etc. when contacted they said the would come fix the issue, it took them forever to send someone just for them to have a look and say they needed to order new windows to replace the ones that are not right. This hasn’t happened to this day. A rep called today giving us the runaround about making it right. I do NOT See this getting fixed. People, do not pay for this kind of service, they do NOT stand by their word. Investing in new windows for a house in costly and important for the homes value. Any home renovation, this will and does affect the value of the home and the risk of damage due to the poorly installation job they do. 100% go with another company that WILL do a better job!

  UPDATE** Currently still waiting for them to fix their mistake from when they finished the shower install on July 9/10th. They only responded after I wrote this review, someone came to look and said it would be a “simple fix”, he came over, took pictures of my floor and said they would replace that section, and fixed the door jam things on my shower door (which still doesn’t fix the problem),that was August 4th, 2025. We’ve even tried to negotiate with them about not needing to fix the floor, and just fix the door that will not stay closed and we have not heard from them since. Communication with them is like pulling teeth. The last communication I had with them was October 3, 2025 in which they just never replied back. For the price of installing a new shower, I honestly expected much better. The new tub they put in has left a gap between my floor and baseboards, I figured they would have measured correctly, the door is unaligned and won’t stay shut. Our house is old and I know is unleveled, but they assured us that they could make that not an issue. It’s was hard to get in contact with someone to address these issues, and it’s already been almost 2 weeks since I talked to them about what was wrong and have not heard anything back. I’m just saying if we’re paying 16k plus, I should have a tub that meets my floor and a door that is not crooked and stays shut 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Was told six weeks before my windows would be installed. Ten weeks later before I could set a date for installation. Now when I need to change the install date due to jury duty, I call and either get a voicemail or hung up on. Not very professional. If I could give no stars I would.

  Kegan and the installers were amazing only took them half a day to install 5 widows. Best looking windows on my block. Definitely go with Three brothers.

  Kegan and Jeff came out to help me with my siding. Let me just say the are amazing! I met with 3 other contractors with no end in site. They gave me everything I needed to fell amazing about getting my siding done with them. I highly recommend them.

  Jeff and Kody came by to give us a quote for new siding on our house. They were super transparent with everything and I didn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision. They were personable and friendly. They even gave me options to help lower the price and didn’t try and upsell me on anything.
