  Did not use them as a contractor, but they came out and provided a bid and were very knowledgeable and seem to not cut corners. Assuring quality over cost… salesman asks me to write them a 5-star review even though I haven’t hired them yet. I thought that was strange, but agreed to help a local company out. UPDATED: This was the first company I received a bid from. I received 4 total bids for my home’s full roof replacement, and this company was extremely overpriced compared to the others. All 3 other companies came in around the same price, approximately $11k, these guys quoted me $28k. More than double the price quoted by 3 other companies. I would highly recommend getting multiple quotes before hiring this company. Also, to the salesman who came over, if you are going to be priced so high, maybe don’t ask people to give you a 5-star review until after they’ve hired you and you’ve completed the work.

  Its summer and lots of people are trying to get out and enjoy different recreational activities. Maybe let your team know the speed limit on highway 21 is 55mph not 70, and that they probably shouldn't be driving so close behind people.

  This company tried taking advantage of my veteran grandpa. Gave him an absolutely ridiculous quote of $1,700 that cost me $40. I don't know if they just target elderly but be careful!

Our quote was to fully replace the pipe boots on the roof — a repair that involves removing old flashing, installing new boots, repairing any damaged shingles, and properly sealing them to prevent leaks and water damage. There are often multiple ways to address an issue, ranging from temporary repairs like applying sealant or just replacing the gaskets of the boots, to full replacement solutions, and we always aim to provide recommendations we believe are the best long-term option for the homeowner that we can stand behind with our warranty. We would never intentionally take advantage of any customer. Our quotes reflect the cost of a lasting repair done correctly. We're sorry this experience left a negative impression — that is never our intention.

  Sales person got me excited said we were aproved come to find out he filled application out wrong waited a week to inform us of his mistake and in the end we were not aproved so double check when applying for financing the kicker is i new better

  We Watched The Workers Employed By This 'Bussiness' Doing A TPO Overlay On A Friend's Roof. We Asked Them If They Could Take A Look At Our Roof & Give Us An Estimate & Options. NONE Of The Workers Could Even Speak English! So I Finally Got Information From The Back Of Their Company Shirt That One Guy Was Wearing and Called The 'Owner' and Asked About Estimates. He Was Real Flakey and Said He Would Come By Since They Were Working Right Next Door. He Sluffed Us Off & Never Came By Even Though He Could See We Were Home. I Am Glad We Did Not Use This Bussiness Because The Friend's Roof Was Not Done Correctly And I Was Told They Were Charged $10,000 For A Simple TPO Overlay That Was Not Even Installed Properly and Likely Had No Warranty.

  I got 6 roofing bids. Point roofing took two guys two hours to poke around my house to produce a final bid of $32k. They use hard sales tactics like "sign today and we'll give you 5% off and then you can finance through us". Other bids from other companies came in at $11k, 14k, 14k, 16k, and 18k.

  We had a tree hit our house and damage some of the shingles on the roof, the edges and the point to the roof were torn up. Victor from point came over a looked at the damage gave us a great quote, Brian called and scheduled the repair the fit our schedule. Jessie showed up and made sure the shingles they pick out matched the roof color. Jessie saw a few other things the were dinged a bit and replace them as well. The was going above and beyond. They all did a great job. I guess that is why we had them do our roof several years ago, that kind of service.

  The roof was completed in two days, with the majority done on the first day. The crew was very organized, and the cleanest crew I have ever seen. then went out of their way to clean up after themselves. I was impressed with not only the install manager, Zak, but the estimate person and Cole.. After the job was completed, I had my invoice e-mailed to me thru Cole, after having trouble reaching someone at the office. In all, I was impressed with everyone connected to the job. I would highly recommend Point Roofing.

  We had an excellent experience with Point Roofing! All of the workers were busy doing exactly what they were supposed to do. We were told what the process was to be and they did it. Pictures were taken at each stage. Several inspections were made along the way & the attic ventilation was updated as well as a complete roof replacement. Cleanup was excellent with no garbage, nails etc. were left. The invoice was exactly what was quoted & I happily paid the bill!

  I had a large roof with steep pitch replaced, and Point handled like absolute professionals. They were fast, did great work, and were super respectful of the property. Great communication throughout from Zak. They had a very low pressure bid process which I appreciated.

  Point roofing did an excellent job installing my roof. Frank was very thorough and honest in my initial consultation. I was very impressed with the team’s communication the whole way through. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything.
