Communication is horrible. They said they would walk me thru the process from beginning to end, that they would be communicating with my insurance for me, I have been chasing these ppl for 2 months, I call and no reply even when I ask them to please call me back. I finally had to call another roofer. I dont recommend this company for your roofing needs

Hey Anna, we’re really sorry you had that experience. I looked you up in our system but can’t find anyone with your name. Could your account be under a different name? If so please reach out to our main number 208-515-9425 so we can figure out what happened and if we were even working together. Thank you

We got our roof done by Bravo Roofing. They did a good job removing and installing the roof and it appears to be done well, but the cleanup was not completely done. We had roofing nails throughout our yard due to what appeared to be a leaf …

Hello Anthony. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have the best experience. We take customer satisfaction very seriously. From what I understand there might have been a communication issue between you and your salesperson and also us. I haven’t received any phone calls from you about the cleaning up the yard for nails, which we use the magnet rake for, if notified we would come back immediately to correct the issue or that we owe you a referral fee! Please reach out to our main number and we will get this resolved ASAP! Kindly let us know who was your salesman, and neighbor for the referral. Thank you

Got a quote from them and it was the lowest price out of 20 other companies. They came through and helped us get a new roof and it looks absolutely amazing. They did an excellent job.

I'm so glad Bravo Roofing reached out to me about repairing my roof! They did a free inspection and documented all the damage to my roof from a recent wind storm. They helped me to file a claim with my insurance and went to bat for me to help me get my roof replaced rather than just repaired! When it came to getting the job done, their team was truly a well oiled machine! They got to work bright and early, and had the job done in 1 day. My new roof looks beautiful and I'm so glad my home is protected with a strong new roof! Their communication was excellent, so I always knew what to expect. I will be sending my friends and neighbors their way for sure!

Bravo roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. They inspected my roof, handled all the details for my insurance claim, and had my roof replaced in one day. They were in constant contact with me and were always available to take my calls about all the questions I had. Thanks Bravo Roofing!

Did a great job on the roof and completed the work in a timely manner. Compared to other roofing companies in the valley they were the best. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Enrique was super professional and great to work with!

Wonderful roof but lack of communication with Solar installer (subcontractors) with company. Found a solar panel producing not at full power so the company was going to replace. Have had no results with with this getting accomplished. Multiple calls to the Owner, Kyle and still no results.

Hello Shireena! Please reach out to us on getting this issue resolved. From what I remember the roof was taken care of to your satisfaction but the solar subcontractor was not the best on communication. Let us know how we can help and if we need to send another contractor out to help.
