We had them replace our roof. The membrane on the attached garage was not installed correctly, water got under it, and has done extensive damage. We tried for 2 years to get it fixed. No returned calls, no response at all. We gave up. We contacted the state license board and have done all we could. Do not pay in full until you are positive it's right because you may never be able to reach them again RESPONSE TO OWNER: work was done under name Dennis and Susan Boone. There is such thing as a name change BTW.

We do not have a Susan Day in our documents and never received any kind of complaint from the State License Board or you. If a complaint to the board is made they would get ahold of me and want an explanation. We have never been contacted … More

The boss is literally a joke and has absolutely no respect for anyone not even himself. Very unprofessional and doesn't his employees or no one. Also this guy doesn't know what O'Shea means. And you're right you have never heard of me but someone I know is the one who said these wonderful things about you!

They no call, no showed me and still haven't returned my call or shown up to give me a bid. I'll bet it is because they are busy but it's def a 1 star move. Hopefully they get back to me so I can rate them on their work quality instead of their professionalism.

I am usually pretty apologetic if there is an issue. This review is giving us an ultimatum to come and give them a bid and do the work when you realize that we are to busy to do so. Not a very nice thing to do. We as contractors work hard … More

I would NOT EVER have Moller Roofing roof my dog house. It has been since June 2014 that Moller Roofing replaced the entire asphalt roof on my home and it is evident that his crew had NO idea what they were doing in my opinion. They missed almost every "nail line" on the new shingles. The metal trim that goes around the roof line was a sloppy mess. Very poor workmanship.

The work seems fine, but final bill came way above original bid, which is fine if I had gotten a phone call prior to completion of work. I didn't find out until I got the bill and it was significantly higher than discussed. I called Kieth about this and he basically blew me off. Will not use again

  Reply from the business

Hi Christian - When I met your husband to do the bid we could both see that there was damage to the substrate below the shingles. I told your husband we would not know the extent of the damage until we removed the shingles to reveal the substrate. The final bill was less than $500.00 over the original bid for the added cost of delivery, labor, and materials. This is very reasonable considering the damaged substrate found after removing the shingles. We strive to provide the best materials and workmanship and take confidence in knowing that your roof will stand the test of time. I am sorry to hear of your displeasure with the final bill and that you felt miscommunicated with this situation.

Keith and his crew were outstanding. We needed a walkway from our gate to the patio then to the two sheds we have. He designed a beautiful walkway. They also removed all the debris and evened out the ground and placed rock on the side yard. They did a beautiful job. They were fast but professional. The crew cleaned up every night and left the property clean. They showed up every day and worked hard in the summer heat. Keith is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for concrete work and rock and gravel. Keith also trimmed two of our trees and did a great job. Very happy with this company.
