Great service from a company who isn’t looking to gouge or short customers—a refreshing change of pace for Miami. Fair prices for roof repair, good honest work, great customer service. Would recommend. Thank you!

While I will not be as expansive as a previous customer, know that all was said is true and I benefited from the same level of service. Walter is a wonderful communicator and delivers the service of 3 brothers admirably and ethically. Thank you again Walter.

I did extensive research, at least seven other roofing companies in and around Miami, and I can confidently say I couldn’t have chosen a better company than Three Brothers. One of the first things I look for in any company is communication. The initial phone call with an actual employee tells you a lot about the type of business you’re dealing with and the level of service you can expect. Out of the eight companies I contacted for quotes, only three even came out to do a physical assessment. A few gave me high estimates without asking basic information about my property, and the rest never bothered to call back. Walter, however, was responsive from the start. He arrived exactly when he said he would and even called ahead to confirm he was on the way. What really set Three Brothers apart was their ability to handle all aspects of the job. Other companies would have required hiring additional contractors, which would have meant more people on the job site and significantly higher costs. Walter gave me a fair price from the beginning and was transparent about the scope of work and the realistic timeline. He also assisted with the permitting process, making corrections as needed, and clearly knew the current jurisdiction codes and requirements. Once my HOA approved the project, Walter let me know he could begin immediately, and his team was at my property right away. All the positive reviews I’d read proved to be true. From the start, I could tell Walter was honest and trustworthy, but he truly proved it once the work began. As with any home project, you don’t fully know what’s underneath the surface. When the team removed the soffits, some concerning issues were revealed and frustrating, especially since I had recently replaced the roof and none of this was mentioned by the previous company. I asked Walter countless questions about the condition of the roof and trusses. He answered every single one with patience, walked me through the issues, and brainstormed solut

For the past 20 years, I have been a customer of Three Brothers Roofing. First with Walter Sr. who in my opinion was the most honest and sincere person I have ever met. And now Walter Jr. his son who is a copy of his father. Honest hard working and disciplined to the end. My wife and I own three houses and we feel safe knowing that we can get honest work done in south Florida. Our last repair was done last week and we were so pleased with the time and how quickly it went. We recommend Three Brothers Roofing Company to anyone looking for roof replacement, repairs etc.
