Stay away from this company. They installed windows in 2020, and one of them started to look dull from the inside, and two others started leaking when it rained. I contacted them to come and check the defects, but received no response after …

We are sorry for your experience- but we did called you- apparently you change both of your phone numbers, so we couldn't get a hold of you. In regards your claim- as you mentioned you installed solar system on your roof- we pretty sure there is a leak from there- since you didn't rapport any water damage for the last 4 years the project was completed. you can always get a hold of us including management at 954-613-1215 (management is EXT 4) and you have 3 different email addresses to contact us.- in regards the claim of fade tint- as we told you we need pictures to support that- since its 4 years down the road. we will be happy to assist you, Nessco

We hired NESSCO to replace our roof on Dec 6 20222. The price was $15,000 after 6 months of calling them and asking them why our project has not been start it ..... after many excuses they finally finished the roof at the middle of August 2023 with an extra charge of $9,000 witch has to be pay in order for us to get the NOC and released of lain. They made the mistake with the size of or roof and they never tell us anything until they nock down the roof. They do not care about customer service !!! Avoid extra headaches and DO NO HIRE THEM!!!!!!

Really poor customer service. Was on the phone attempting to set up a time for a roof quote and they cancelled my appointment and hung up on me without much discussion.

Hey Matthew, We are so sorry to hear your experience, unfortunately we cannot meet for roof replacement someone that is not a homeowner, Our office talked to you more then 7 min to explain deeply the reason why we cannot. there are legal procces involved such as permits ETC therefore we cannot meet renters/non homeowners, We are at Nessco delivering hundreds of projects every year and we looking forward to meet any homeowner in our area.

Rep visited and said he would email the prices we discussed. Still waiting. It's been almost a week. I texted the rep after two days and never received a response. It seems as if you don't sign on the dotted line the day you meet they forget about you. If I ever hear from them I will amend this critique. _____________________________________________ So....after reading this review someone from Nessco contacted me and explained that the rep had a personal situation and the follow up was never made. She offered to come out since they had no info. I declined offer as another firm had already made a better offer.

Horrible experience with this company. Thru speed up late and failed to call. I'm still waiting for them to provide me with my permits. The workers barely speaks English. My door was not done right. It initially looked like it was done by a toddler until they came back out to correct it. A lot of mistakes and some attitudes by employees. Glad it's over.

I would not recommend to anyone. First they overcharge. They do real shoddy work. They must be paying off inspector to get there jobs passed.
