  I called Panhandle Premier Roofing for an estimate on my newer home in Miami because I kept dealing with a roof leak during heavy Florida rain. Colby inspected the roof carefully and found missing apron and flashing around a dormer, and he also noticed the dormer area had been built with a flat pitch that was not right for proper water runoff. He explained everything in simple terms and showed clear videos and photos so I could fully understand what was causing the problem. He took care of the immediate repair by installing the missing flashing components that should have been there from the start. He also gave me helpful documentation for the bigger roofing and structural issue, which made it much easier to work with the builder and get the larger problem addressed. In a climate like Miami, where strong sun, wind-driven rain, and storms can quickly make roofing problems worse, that kind of detail really matters. I was very impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and roofing knowledge throughout the whole process.   What a great roofing company to work with. From the simple online scheduling to the helpful follow-up from Bennett in the office, and then Colby and Jaden who came out to handle the roof and gutter cleaning and treat the roof to help prevent moss and buildup, the whole experience was excellent. I had some mixed experiences with roof service crews before, so I was not sure what to expect, but this team made everything easy and professional from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations with strong customer service, clear communication, and quality roof care. My roof looks much better, the gutters were cleaned out well, and the crew took real care with the work.   We had a truly wonderful experience with our roofing project. From the very start, the crew was incredibly punctual, showing up right on time every morning and getting straight to work. They paid great attention to cleanliness, making sure to pick up every bit of debris—nails, shingle scraps, tar paper—so our yard stayed neat and the neighbors didn’t have to worry about any mess. They were especially careful around my garden and outdoor lights, leaving everything just the way they found it. Jaden, Bennett, and Colby were both friendly and professional, working steadily and efficiently so our roof was finished quickly, just as they promised.
