We recently hired a roofing team to replace our old roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Theodore was very professional, easy to talk with, and clearly knew the roofing process well. He explained the scope of work, answered our questions, and gave us a fair quote without any pressure. The office staff, Jorge and Miguel, were also very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed an update. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and got right to work removing the old shingles. They carefully protected our bushes, deck, and surrounding areas before starting, which showed real attention to detail. The roofers were well trained, organized, and worked together smoothly the entire time. Everyone on the crew was hardworking, respectful, and thorough. The full roof replacement was completed in only two days, and the cleanup was outstanding. When they finished, the yard and outside of the house looked spotless. We are very happy with the new roof. It looks great, and we feel much better knowing our home is protected from the strong Texas sun, heat, and storms. We would absolutely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof replacement or shingle work.

The roofing team did an excellent job on our flat roof tear-off and full replacement. I compared many estimates before choosing them, and they stood out for clear pricing on the new roof, gutters, and a few additional home improvement items. Theodore arrived on time for the inspection and explained the roofing scope in simple terms, which made the whole process easy to understand. Before the work started, Miguel came by to take final measurements and go over all the project details carefully. The roofing crew showed up right on schedule and got to work immediately. They removed the old roof system, installed the new roofing materials, applied foam, and completed the first elastomeric roof coating layer the same day. Leonard was on site much of the time making sure everything moved smoothly, and the team kept a close eye on quality from start to finish. They came back promptly to complete the final coating layer and made sure every part of the flat roof system was finished the right way. I was especially impressed by how organized, professional, and detail-focused everyone was. The cleanup was thorough, the communication was strong throughout the project, and they made sure we understood each step of the roofing process. In the Texas heat, it is important to have a roof system that is built well and sealed properly, and this crew gave us confidence that the home is protected. We are very happy with the workmanship, fair pricing, and customer service. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone who wants a quality roof replacement, honest service, and a job done right.

When you hire a roofer, you hope for a fair price, strong workmanship, and a quick turnaround, even though in real life it can be hard to get all three at once. This roofing crew really delivered on all of it. We hired them to replace our …

My wife and I had a great experience replacing our old roof. Theodore was quick to respond, professional, and easy to work with from the first inspection through the final walkthrough. The roofing crew stayed on schedule, handled the tear-off and shingle installation efficiently, and did a very thorough cleanup when the job was done. The whole roofing process, including setup and cleanup, was completed in one day and took about ten hours. We really appreciated the solid workmanship, honest communication, and attention to the details we wanted for our home. We would highly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof replacement services. We also liked that Theodore helped us compare quality roofing materials and shingle colors so we could find an option that fit our budget and still looked great. It would be nice to have even more choices in the standard shingle line, but we were very pleased with the final result and the overall service.

Miguel is the owner. In today’s roofing business, it’s refreshing to work with someone who says what he means, follows through, and stands behind his word. We had a leak in the flat roof over our back porch not long after buying our home. Miguel’s estimate was right in the middle of the bids we received, but the roofing materials matched what the highest quote offered. The roof repair was scheduled on time, completed as promised, and handled in a professional way. When I needed to move the work date, Miguel was understanding and easy to work with. He also let us know the full roof still had some life left and did not need to be replaced right away, which showed honesty. Later, when we noticed a leak around a bedroom ceiling, we called again for roofing help. Once again, the quote was fair, the shingle and roofing materials were solid quality, and the reroofing work was finished on schedule with skilled workmanship. During the roof replacement, it was also noticed that the gutters were draining correctly but the gutter guard system was not doing a good job keeping out debris, which is important with the heat, storms, and seasonal buildup common in TX. We received a very reasonable quote to remove the old guards and install new protection, and that work was also completed exactly as promised. Even when I had to step away, everything was handled with honesty and clear communication. The roofing crew was polite, hardworking, and professional throughout the job. From roof leak repair to full reroofing and gutter work, the whole experience was smooth and dependable. I would confidently recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roof and gutter service in San Marcos.

Roger was one of the most professional and easygoing roofing pros I have worked with. My family had an older shake roof, and we had been told over and over that it needed a full replacement. Roger took a closer look and explained that the roof still had plenty of life left with the right roof cleaning and maintenance. The crew from Thomas Family Roofing & Construction did a very detailed job, cleaning the shake roof, gutters, flashing, vents, and skylights. They removed the built-up moss, needles, and debris that had been covering everything, and the roof looked almost new again when they were done. Once the roof was cleaned up, you could clearly see the strong, colorful shakes underneath, and it was obvious they still had many good years left. They also paid attention to the full exterior cleanup, which really showed pride in their roofing work, and even made sure the driveway was cleaned before leaving. It was great to work with a team that understood roof care, roof restoration, and honest recommendations instead of pushing a replacement that was not needed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing help with any type of roof.

We got several roofing quotes, but this team stood out as the most professional from the start. The whole process was easy and comfortable, with no pushy sales talk, no pressure, and no constant upselling like we experienced with other contractors. Communication was strong the entire time, with fast replies, clear updates, and helpful emails, calls, and roof consultations. The roofing work was completed flawlessly, and the crew arrived on time, acted professionally, and did an excellent job. They finished the project even faster than expected without cutting corners, and the workmanship really shows in the roof details, cleanup, and overall quality. They also handled the gutter and gutter cover work with the same level of care. In the Texas heat, it was great to work with a crew that stayed organized and efficient. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, or related exterior services.

i had a roof leak near a room addition by an exterior wall during a rainy season, and it had been patched before, but the problem kept coming back. after dealing with the same leak more than once, i finally contacted a better roofing team. the very next day, roger came out and did a full walkthrough, checked the leak area inside the house, and inspected the entire roofing system outside. he got up on the roof right away, performed a thorough roof inspection, and showed me photos of the trouble spots along with a clear explanation of what was causing the leak. he also checked the flashing, shingles, and other vulnerable areas around the addition to make sure nothing was missed. after that, he handled all of the problem areas carefully and professionally. soon after the repair, we had another strong rainstorm, and the roof stayed completely dry with no leaks at all. roger really knows roofing and took the time to do the job right instead of just putting on a quick patch. i truly appreciate the fast response, the honest communication, and the quality workmanship. my trust in roof repair has been restored, and this is the roofer i will call from now on.
