Originally intended to have my hail damaged roof replaced by these guys. But several months later and many calls (starting in June, it’s now October) they have still not scheduled my job. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service.

I called and spoke with Colin and was told to send a text to get on the schedule for an estimate. Have yet to hear back. Too bad. They have great reviews, and I was looking forward to the possibility of working with them, but having …

Worst company to work with by far. The owner is a piece of work and fails to communicate or respond. He overcharges immensely and back logs getting your easy roof fix done by 6+ months. Seems nice and willing to help but will leave you high and dry and with more roof damage then you’re started with. I would give negative stars if I could. Also has friends and family write reviews for good ratings! Shady business!

Elite Roofing replaced my roof after the recent hail storm. Colin Hald is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the roofing business, knows and works well with all of the area insurance agencies, and most importantly, understands good old fashion customer service. He works hard to insure that the homeowner is thoroughly satisfied, or the job's not done yet. His crew was extremely professional, they went over and above to see that our landscaping was protected during the unavoidably messy tear-off process, and when the new roof was in place, took the extra time to insure that there was absolutely nothing left behind for us to deal with. I still haven't found so much as one nail left for the mower tire to collect. They use the very best materials, their pricing is quite fair, and they got the job done in a single day, working from dawn until it was beginning to get dark. I have worked with with a number of very capable roofers, on three different homes, and in my experience, Colin and his guys delivered the best bang for the buck, and were the easiest to work with by far. I am 100% comfortable saying that if you don't give Elite Roofing the opportunity to bid on your next roofing job, you will have done yourself an epic disservice. They are, quite simply, the best roofing company Central Texas has to offer. Update 7/2/26 - I needed an extra roof vent installed ASAP for a vent hood we added during a remodel of the kitchen. I called Colin, and he made time at the end of what sounded like a very busy day to stop by on the way home to install it. He and a helper had it installed and ready to go in a matter of minutes, and our contractor didn't have to wait to install the hood over the stove. I stand by my previous comment that Colin and his folks are hands down the best roofing contractor in the Hill Country.

Aloha, I would like to express my gratitude regarding my new galv-aluminum roof to ALL at Next Gen Roofing. The crews were all nice and hard working folks. Colin gave me a fare price compared to others and did a great job! Also most importantly other bids didn't give the upgrades included in the normal price. That was huge! Appreciate Cha All ! Ashley is the Bomb Diggity! Thank you, Bruce B. Moore
