  I had Holden roofing come and do an inspection. One of the guys asked to use my restroom. After they left I realized I left my wedding ring in there and it was gone. Looked for it for weeks, and never found it. Do not trust this company at all. I heard they have been sued countless times. Do not work with them at all.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Holden Roofing after a windstorm damaged my roof. I had already filed an insurance claim before their representative arrived, thinking they would give me an honest assessment and options for either a repair or replacement. Instead, they immediately pushed for a full roof replacement through insurance — completely ignoring the fact that the damage was minor and a simple repair would have cost far less than my deductible. They made no effort to discuss an affordable out-of-pocket repair, even though it would have been the most logical and cost-effective choice for me as the homeowner. It felt like their only goal was to maximize their own payday by steering me toward an unnecessary claim, regardless of what made sense for my situation. This kind of high-pressure, self-serving behavior is exactly why homeowners need to be cautious when selecting a roofing company. If you’re looking for a contractor who will put your best interests first and give you honest options, I strongly recommend avoiding Holden Roofing.

  Tell your door-to-door salesmen that 8:15 pm on a Tuesday is an inappropriate time to be cold knocking on peoples door. You alerted my dog and woke up my baby. I would never entertain the thought of hiring a company that thinks this is acceptable.

  After dealing with a hail storm and the stress that comes with it, I’m very glad I chose Holden Roofing for our new roof. From start to finish, Collin was outstanding to work with. He was attentive, communicated extremely well throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. I especially appreciated that he allowed me to move at my own pace while I was handling other personal matters at the same time. The entire experience felt professional, honest, and customer-focused.   I can't say enough great things about Holden Roofing and our representative, Sean Murphy. What started as a frustrating situation — our insurance claim being denied twice — turned into a successful outcome thanks to their expertise and persistence. Sean and the team guided us through the appraisal process with confidence and clarity, and we won. That victory saved us thousands of dollars and ultimately got us the roof replacement we rightfully deserved. We would never have known how to navigate that process on our own, and having Holden Roofing in our corner made all the difference. Beyond fighting for us on the insurance side, every aspect of the actual job was handled professionally. Sean communicated with us regularly throughout the entire process.   We worked with Blake Butler he is knowledgeable, with a great disposition and honest. He always answered texts and phone calls, and showed up on time for the appointments. Communication and he was in the whole process with us, including updates for the crew, material delivery ETC.

  Holden Roofing really won me over. Blake came to the door so I was skeptical but he soon gained my confidence. He spoke with my insurance company and did all the legwork. I spoke with my insurance once for clarification and found out Blake had gotten me extra money for my fence too. Holden upgraded my materials and really did a beautiful job. I had some solar panels that didn’t work and they allowed me extra time to fix them myself before they reinstalled them saving me at least a grand there. I also was happy with the addition of gutters that match the shingles. Love it. Blake was extremely communicative and friendly. I feel he truly cared about giving us the best service and product possible. I’m pleased we get a $200 referral fee for a neighbor having her roof done too. I recommend Holden Roofing.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Colin, Lead Sales Representative at Holden Roofing Company. From start to finish, he guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and was always available whenever we needed him. No matter how many questions we had, Colin was friendly, patient, and very considerate of our time. The job was completed smoothly, and our roof looks absolutely great! In addition, we had our shutters replaced, and Colin helped us through that process as well, including working with our insurance company, which made everything so much easier for us.
